Dominic has been so, so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process always replying quickly and making everything super easy to deal with. GoogleWe were very impressed by the professionalism of both Jake & Jay.From meeting them,through the marketing stage and then through the stressful and antiquated legal system they were excellent and cool(unlike us!). The team in their office were also very helpful when needed . Jake was the epitome of charm & forcefulness when it looked shaky in the difficult legal episodes. He kept us going and fortunately we had a successful outcome . We would definitely recommend them in helping you to find your new house.

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending William Rose estate agents. When selling our late father’s house we had a complicated sale for reasons entirely beyond their control however their support was essential to navigate through the challenges and progressing the sale. We had a single point of contact Ben throughout who helped through difficult circumstances when problems arouse on several occasions. Without his expert judgement, negotiating skills and advice we would not have been able to achieve the sale. The valuation they provided was correct as was their appraisal of how to market the property given it’s particular merits in the local market. Their photos were good as was their marketing pack introducing buyers to the house and the process of viewings was very well handled. We had problems arise during the sale process with our solicitors and Ben was able to help us find an alternative able to deal with the issues at short notice. His local contacts also proved invaluable for a number of other issues. Even though our sale had many difficulties we felt confident that William Rose were able to deal with these acting on our behalf and so I recommend them to others.

He not only demonstrated real knowledge of what he does with an in-depth understanding of client requirements but also took the time to get to know about my property search requirements, the relocation process & issues, and the possibilities to address all our concerns without any delays. Throughout the tenancy agreement process & issue management process, Richard has kept me up to date with every detail. He is always willing to go to the extra mile to ensure things goes smoothly. I am really impressed with the professional approach, the interpersonal skills, and the constant and reliable communication I received from Richard. I’d also like to acknowledge Dominic Dennis, who has been equally professional and supportive during my tenancy. GoogleI used this agency to sell my house and unfortunately had a very poor experience. They were late to viewings (the first viewer even walked away, and I had to chase after them). Communication was one-sided, they rarely replied but always expected immediate responses from me. I felt they were not working in my best interests as the seller. The buyers had little understanding of the process, and instead of guiding or correcting them, the agent allowed the sale to drag on unnecessarily, and did not chase them or move the sale along. There were no legal obligations in place, and the estate agent did nothing to ensure things progressed smoothly. Overall, I found the service unprofessional and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend them.

GoogleMy wife and I first got to know about William Rose when we bought our house through them in February 2021. After seeing first hand how good they were for the sellers at that time, we decided to sell our house through William Rose in May 2025. Throughout the experience, from start to end, William Rose were fantastic! Jay and his team were always available to answer my queries and would always call me back if I couldn't speak to them immediately. Our sale was a little tricky on the whole, but the way in which Jay was able to manage the whole process was incredible. I can't see how we would have successfully moved and get the house we wanted without Jay's experience and management of the sale. We ended up selling for a price we were hoping to achieve from the outset. I would highly recommend William Rose to anyone within the area looking to sell. I want to say a massive thank you to Jay and everyone else at William Rose that helped us with our move.

GoogleJake worked hard for us on this sale, and at times it was the usual edge of the seat stuff, but he pushed and pulled in the right areas, at the right times, to get us over the line. We had tried other agents in the area who either failed, or just didn't feel right for us. William Rose has a good track record in Woodford and should definitely be considered as and when the time is right.
