GoogleBrilliant process from start to finish, gok was a dream to deal with and very unlike your typical letting agent. He was a breath of fresh air and actually took into account your requests. I was unable to view the flat on the day arranged so organised a family member to do it on my behalf and he even video called me so I didn’t miss out which was a lovely touch. He always kept me up to date with the process and within a week we moved into a dream rental. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Thankyou

GoogleReally impressed with this estate agency, particularly Gok, who most of my dealing have been with. Estate agents tend to get a bad rap, however I’ve had the opposite experience with Gok, he is transparent, very communicative, very knowledgeable and very responsive. Despite the fact I’m buying a house and selling my flat via another estate agent, Gok has been there to help answer any questions when my estate agent (the one who’s collecting my commission at the end of my sale!) isn’t being responsive or doesn’t understand my question. I’ve only taken advantage of this once, but the fact that he’d made it clear he was happy to help says everything about the culture of this estate agents. GooglePlease avoid contacting these people at all cost!!!. I'm shocked to see William Rose doesn't even have one bad review when their services are an absolute disgrace. I don't know where to start. We were looking for a property to rent and from the viewing date it was all lies and false promises. We were promised that we will be moving into a property fully refurbished and liveable which was also a lie, we were promised that the landlord was responsive and diligent but instead the landlord turned out to be negligent and rude. The maintenance staff they use are comprised of Tom and Jerry, as they were an absolute joke, unprofessional and rude. I cannot tell you enough all the stress and harassment before, during and after leaving the property. I don't understand how William Rose are still open for business. They just want to take your money and sign you in and after that, you are completely ghosted. They won't return your calls or answer your emails. I could continue all day with the bad experiences from dealing with them, but I thought I would warn people before they make the same mistake and choose William Rose Estate Agency.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRecently sold our property through William Rose and we were really pleased with the service we received. Jay, Sean and Gok were all great to deal with; straight-talking, knowledgable, friendly and always picked up the phone. They even managed to sell our property for above asking price. We were unsure whether to use an online agent or go with William Rose - we've had bad experiences with 'traditional' estate agents before, but our experience with William Rose was smooth as anything and they made it all easy. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleJay at William Rose has now sold 3 properties for me in South Woodford, Highams Park and Buckhurst Hill and as a fellow agent I can honestly say, he is THE guy I trust to produce the goods time and time again. Complex chains can become extremely tricky to overcome but if you have these guys in your corner you’re in safe hands. Jay and Adrian are both highly experienced agents who know what they’re doing, astute, caring and honest business people and they produce results.
