GoogleMy wife and I appreciate the entire team at William Brown, from our initial contact with Michelle (very responsive and friendly) to viewing the property, filling out the application, reviewing paperwork with Michael & Neal before signing our contract, moving in, and now property management (Sian, who’s been excellent with support), they’ve all been excellent throughout the entire renting process (moving houses is hard work!). GoogleI was accused of swearing. I emphatically did not. I was ptomised assistance. Not forthcoming, no explanation or apology given. I feel I sold for less than I expected. I now despise this organisation. I wish I had gone with my choice of estate agent. How much inpur have I had had from them in the past few weeks? Absolutely nothing. You have been warned. Don't trust William Brown Gidea Park. They lie, don't do what they promise, and have no contact with their client.

GoogleWhat a great team - if I called and my estate agent was out someone else would try to help not just take a message. The conveyancing service was a little more that others but far more efficient - a great website that tracks every activity. They really supported our purchase from start to finish - all the viewings we wanted. This is how a traditional estate agent should be - reliable. Thank you Georgia and co! :) Since the original review 3yrs ago, the team have sold the house for me and are now selling my flat - I've gone back up north :) . Paul runs a great team there - whether you are selling or renting I recommend trying them first.

GoogleWe have been extremely dissatisfied with the service we received from this branch throughout the sale of our property. After we accepted an offer, the team essentially disappeared, leaving us to handle both transactions ourselves. We were forced to coordinate between all parties, chase solicitors, follow up with the lender, and manage the entire process over the course of four extremely stressful months. WHB provided no meaningful support or assistance during this time. Even the estate agent representing the property we were purchasing expressed their shock at the appalling service we experienced. They had to step in and fill the gap left by WHB to ensure our sale was progressing. The only time we witnessed any enthusiasm from WHB was when they signed us up. After that, their level of professionalism, engagement, and service declined dramatically. Their sole tangible contribution was organising the viewings, and beyond that, they offered little to no value.

GoogleFrom first contact with Marc right up to where we are now (Sold STC). The service has been (is) professional, courteous and friendly. The communications are timely and polite, plus the portal enables you to keep track of progress easily. We were very impressed with the high quality of the photographs of our house and the marketing. We were given constructive advice on maximising the potential our property, which was well worth following. They even advised us on our purchase and assisted with the negotiations. Highly recommend this branch.

GoogleHave had a very positive experience with the William H Brown team. Sarah Hicks and Michelle Goodwin were great at booking viewings and forwarding an offer in a very quick period of time. They sent me documents ahead of time so that I could move in to my new place as soon as possible and also called me throughout the process to check in which I thought was great service.
