Recently bought a property through William H Brown. As a first time buyer it is a very daunting process. Summer Rudduck conducted the house viewing and was very good and professional throughout. I made my offer and was worried about guzzumping as the property was remaining on the market until mortgage offer was achieved. I was then handed over to Toni-Leigh who assisted with the sales progression. Due to the Christmas break, Paul Hull took over from Toni-Leigh for exchange and completion and throughout the communication was very good, I also had a lovely and enlightening conversation when I went to collect the keys.
