GoogleThe whole experience of moving house this time was awful. However, it would have been ten times worse without the help of Kate King and the team from Wilkinson Grant. Kate became an extremely proactive link between us and our vendors and sellers estate agents, that kept the whole thing moving. GoogleThe team at Wilkinson Grant Topsham were extremely helpful and understanding, organising our viewings of properties in East Devon. They organised appointments with an understanding of the distance we had travel from outside the area. Tom was especially helpful in answering our questions and queries and even going so far as supplying local tradesman once the sale had gone through. GoogleWe have just sold our £500k house in Exmouth through Wilkinson Grant as represented by Tom Folland. They have been excellent throughout the process right from the competitive bidding at the outset when Tom provided a very objective and helpful assessment for the sale. Once on the market the Wilkinson Grant headed by Tom then lined up serious potential buyers and assembled a number of offers from them, ending in a final best bid process. Throughout we received great advice from Tom which was very helpful. After accepting a good offer Tom then over the following few months worked very hard chasing up the whole process and sorting out any issues as they arose. GoogleI have to say that Wilkinson Grant helped enormously in the purchase of a new build. Although they acted for the developers and not myself, they liaised with me and my lawyers by chasing up matters quickly and efficiently thus helping facilitate the purchase and with the utmost professionalism. An excellent and professional service. Well recommended given my recent experience.

The Wilkinson Grant Office in Exeter has once more exceeded expectations! Re furbishing and reletting the property has not been a nightmare but all has gone extremely well with the help of both Sonya and Hannah. Absolutely brilliant, they know their stuff and are a joy to deal with ... friendly, helpful and conscientious!

GoogleLooking for a house at a distance is never easy but before travelling any distance it was good to get further details on the property to avoid a wasted trip. We found Gemma Neale very informative and professional and she met us to view and answer all of our questions in a very transparent and friendly manner.
