GoogleThe team at Wilkinson Grant Topsham were extremely helpful and understanding, organising our viewings of properties in East Devon. They organised appointments with an understanding of the distance we had travel from outside the area. Tom was especially helpful in answering our questions and queries and even going so far as supplying local tradesman once the sale had gone through. The whole team in the office were exceptional and worked together. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this Estate Agent.

GoogleWilkinson Grant always seem to achieve a greater number of high quality potential purchasers than competitors. Most members of staff were involved so good team communication. The manager and one other were very closely involved and kept us informed quickly , dealing with careful negotiations. They all dealt with current restrictions and safety of all parties well. They have been friendly and helpful in achieving a good price for us.
