It was a long process due to factors outside of anyones control, but they kept me well informed throughout and helped follow up with others in the chain. They did an excellent job of advertising my house for sale, so well in fact that I found a buyer willing to pay the full asking price within a week. GoogleHaving bought and sold eight properties in the past. I have had a wide range of experiences with Estate Agents from truly excellent to awful. Whittaker and Biggs have been the best of all by a country mile. Nick, Alison and the team have been exceptional throughout the whole process and I have no hesitation in recommending them and they will certainly be my first choice again in the future.

GoogleWe had a really positive experience selling our house with Whittaker & Biggs. During Nick's initial visit his enthusiasm for our house and knowledge of the local area, together with an ambitious asking price made it an easy decision to go with W&B. Despite having two sales that initially fell through, the team helped us secure a third buyer and we were able to sell for full asking price. Many thanks to Nick, Alyson, Janet and Viki for all their help.
