GoogleLovely enthusiastic and positive team of sales representatives in the office👍🏻 Always someone on hand to deal with a query or update me on my property sale. No hassle in requesting to change price or edit the advert etc. They were always happy to help! Viewings always made possible due to this. By arrangement with myself the good communication speeded up the good sale. And as for price... it was competitive yet represented excellent value due to the high standard of service received. I will use again without doubt and advise anyone the same👍🏻 Thanks

GoogleI used The agents because They have an office in the centre of the town and were most welcoming when I went in with my husband to make enquiries. Marcus and Chloe were most helpful in providing advice on value and keeping me up to date with viewings and feedback when I received offers they provided advice about the purchases circumstances and what to do about questions following the survey. The sale took 4 months from first instructing to completion and I was pleased with the outcome and would certainly recommend anyone to use them. The charges were reasonable as well! Fernanda Wain

GoogleWe bought our house via Whittaker & Biggs, after having dealt with a couple of other estate agents for viewing other properties. We found Whittaker & Biggs to be helpful and professional without being pushy and would definitely recommend them. Having dealt with other estate agents in the process of finding a house I would say that we found Whittaker & Biggs the best to deal with and they made a stressful process as easy as possible. We had most of our dealings with Chloe in the office and found her to be very supportive and helpful.

GoogleSo we followed a trend of going with an agent who we thought seemed 'popular and good' (even though they have not been established for a long time) . When our sale fell through after securing our dream home we were devastated and left confused on what steps to take next. Our current estate agent was not interested at all and gave us no advise on what to do next so we decided to go to Whittaker and Biggs. Straight away Tiffany's experience shone through as she was proactive from the start and showed us great empathy of our situation. She was determined to save the chain! Marcus came out straight away, took great pictures of our property. Within a week the property was back on the market, sold within a day and the chain was saved! The communication has been amazing. An estate agent who care. My advice is go with an Whittaker and Biggs who are long established and have a wealth of experience. These areas matter when things go wrong! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service. We love our new home :-)

GoogleReally pleased to have recently sold my house through Whittaker & Biggs, Macclesfield. From beginning to end I cannot fault the staff who have helped sell the house, led by Nick and with a lot of support from Alison but really we had excellent contact with all the staff. From the marketing of the property to the feedback we received and the general engagement we have had from Whittaker & Biggs it was a most comforting experience with a happy outcome.

GoogleWhat to say? Asked for a written valuation of my home, got posted an empty envelope. Repeatedly asked for it to be re-sent, nothing. Asked for a written valuation on my commercial property, nothing, zilch. Repeatedly called in to branch, rang up, was promised a response, nothing. I have dealt repeatedly with them in the past and always found their service exemplary so what has gone wrong???
