GoogleThe leek branch have been brilliant during my sale process, (it wasn’t the easiest chain)from a Facebook message on a Sunday night, Louis was around for photos and valuation the next day, kept me in the loop on what’s app and phonecalls, a promised fixed price that was kept. Most of my dealings were with Hannah who is a credit to the company, phonecalls and chasing stuff throughout the process and nothing is too much trouble for her. Our solicitor unfortunately was very slow and difficult and Tiffany at Whittaker and Biggs helped by stepping in and being a contact between us and our sellers. She made communication much clearer and the process easier and quicker. We would of been so far behind and in a mess without her clearing things up and going the extra mile between us. FacebookWe have recently completed buying our mew home from Whittaker and Biggs and we honestly cannot praise Tiffany enough. Our solicitor was absolutely appalling and Tiffany thankfully recognised this quite early on and took it upon herself to be the communication between us and the people we were buying from, with her help, understanding and communication we saved a lot of time in the whole process, that would of otherwise been a confused mess of bad communication and mistakes and I dread to think what it could of cost us. We would 100% use Whittaker and Biggs in the future and want to say again Thank You to Tiffany for helping us get into our lovely new home.
