GoogleUnfortunately Chloe continually made errors during the selling of our house and showed a level of incompetence that was only put right by them waiving their fees, which shows the magnitude of her error. Marcus dealt with it professionally but I would not recommend anyone use this estate agent. Chloe didn't even have the decency to apologise personally but left her colleagues to take the flak.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
