GoogleJack (and the rest of the team) were fantastic from start to finish. They listened to us at the first meeting and understood that we loved our house and didn't want to list it for more than it was worth only for people to come and kick tyres and knock money off (unlike other agents in the area). We advertised our house for the right price and had lots of interest, and were happy to accept an offer of the asking price from someone who clearly loved the house as much as we did. There were a couple of hiccups through the sale process due to events further down the chain, but Jack and the guys kept us calm throughout and reassured us that everything would be ok, which, of course it was! I would recommend these guys to anyone, they really are a credit to themselves and the industry. Thanks!

GoogleWe first used Whitlock and Heaps as renters. Having experienced almost all of the other agents in the area, Peter really stood out to us in his kindness, efficiency and reasonable approach to the rental market. We came back to them as homeowners and Jack valued our home twice when we needed him to. There was no pressure and nothing was too much trouble. He offered extremely competitive rates and was the epitome of professionalism when we eventually opted to go with another agent because they'd provided a higher valuation (which ultimately had to be dropped to sell). Jack was spot on with his valuations and advice from beginning to end and if I had to sell again in the future, he'd be my first choice.

Full of integrity and kindness, the team headed by father and son Peter and Jack were always helpful and highly communicative. Their knowledge of the local market and their expertise shone through. GoogleI had my name down for a property for two months, and they gave it to someone else, without even contacting me. I left messages and they didn't return my calls. And when I spoke to Peter about this today, he was so rude to me and didn't care in the slightest. Will never use this company. They don't even deserve one star. It just proves they are about money and they don't care who they hurt to get it. i hope their new tenant doesn't pay them rent.
