GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with the Chatham branch of Robinson Michael Jackson. Communication throughout my transaction was non existent, and there was a lack of consideration for my position in the transaction. The process felt rushed at the end due to earlier delays that were not of my making. Based on my experience, I found the service to be unprofessional, terribly managed, and not supportive of the client.

The staff at Webber's Estate Agents, Torrington branch were outstanding. Truly dedicated professionals. I had committed and friendly support all the way from start to finish. Three special individuals in particular deserve a mention, who not only in their own right are worth their weight in gold, but together their qualities and brilliance made the team really shine; Adrian for offering his experienced friendly advice and guidance, Mark for his super friendly professional and kind help with the viewings along with the lovely Sarah who also progressed my sale with the upmost dedication and diligence. They listened to what I wanted and delivered every time. Not forgetting a big thank you to the others in the office. They really are a credit to this branch. Their support made me feel like I was their only customer on account of the attention they gave me and how focused they were on getting my property sold. I cannot speak highly enough of them and certainly recommend this branch. All, lovely people. Thank you "Team Torrington" you are the best!

GoogleWe discovered our dream property in Woolacombe during a weekend visit, and were able to call and book a viewing within a couple of hours on a Saturday. We were received by the wonderful Shannon, who shared our enthusiasm for the location and who was super personable and warm, whilst presenting as highly professional. As first time buyers, we were uncertain of the process of putting in an offer and completing on a property. Shannon and the Ilfracombe team were always quick to respond with answers to any queries we had, and acted as intermediaries between us and the sellers. Every step, from viewing to completion, was taken care of with expertise, and we couldn't be happier with with our new home.

GoogleAll the team at RMJ are friendly, approachable and willing to help where possible. They give brilliant advise and listen to what you want to do and support your decision! I have use RMJ through all 3 of my moves and I will continue to use them when needed in the future!
