GoogleA nice company to deal with. I have used them several times in the last couple of years and would do so again. Fair and thorough, and if they get something obviously wrong in the inventory they are happy to correct it and quickly too. Good value and have always been available when I want them. It probably helps that at the end of their visit I am around to discuss any significant areas of concern for them so we are not getting our wires crossed.

GoogleI have now used Letcheck Inventories on 3 occasions and I have been totally impressed with their professional approach especially when I had to get a Check In and Inventory Report done with very little notice. Zoe the office manager took it in her stride and made it happen at very short notice. I thoroughly recommend that you give them a go as you won't be disappointed.

GoogleWe had a terrible and atrocious experience. We travelled an 11 hour round trip from London only to be told that there were going to be 3 houses built in the field at the bottom of the garden. GoogleVERY POOR, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE - AVOID! We arranged a viewing of a house to rent on Thursday. When we turned up the current tenant would not answer the door and had put a key in the lock so the agent could not get in. The agent was very apologetic and told us she would rearrange the viewing and make sure we were the first to view the property. We agreed to this and said we were very keen to rent the property, but of course needed to have a look inside before we did. We told the agent that the house ticked most of our boxes and we would likely take it following a viewing. The viewing was rearranged for Saturday, we turned up and the same agent was showing the property to another couple. We were a little shocked after what the agent told us, but we went on with the viewing. The house did tick all our boxes, so despite the messing around we agreed to take it and handed the agent our completed application form. On Monday we had an email to say our application was not successful, as the landlord had decided to go with one of the other applicants. We are VERY frustrated, when we were told we would be the first to view the property... I don' know why an agent would say that to a couple who had told them they'd take the house, pending a viewing and then arrange other applicants to view. This seems very poor and very unprofessional to me.

GoogleThe team at Evolution IT is lead by Duwayne Lake who is not just super helpful but thorough, patient, knowledgeable and effective. I've lost count of the number of times i have called him at inconvenient hours to sort out something that was probably my shortcoming in the first place and he ALWAYS resolves the issue swiftly. His colleague Ricki Rajah is in the same mould. 5 stars for sure but would award more if i could!
