Ginny and the team, in very difficult circumstances provided an absolutely fantastic service in all aspects of the sale of my father’s property. Ginny went far above and beyond what we would have expected and dealt with numerous issues in our absence living in the south east. No hesitation in recommending the team to provide an exemplary service.

GoogleI’ve downgraded this review to 1 star from 3. This at my top list for rude and obnoxious estate agents. There are some really useless and nasty staff here - there is one who is on another planet she is absolutely clueless, telling people things are safe when there’s structural issues and electrical issues - I have dealt with her twice, to the point I wish the property ombudsman would look at her competence. She is without doubt the most unprofessional agent I have dealt with. If your considering webbers ask for Leigh as she is very good but only if your selling around Washford/Watchet. In truth I’d be devastated selling my property with this branch having experienced trying to purchase my 3rd home. 2nd Experience - I’ve made offers within 6% of the guide price, I don’t believe these were made to the vendors. I had waited for a response back in 3 days (I didn’t get a response) and the detached 3bed bungalow is still on the market. Dealing directly with the branch manager has shown a really unprofessional service. I’d recommend strongly avoiding. Minehead agents apart from 2 firms; this not one of them - seem very unprofessional.

GoogleGreat team at Webbers in Braunton. Selling a house is pretty stressful though Webbers took it all in their stride and worked as a team. We had a few buyers drop out of our house sale, though Webbers acted instantly and searched for the next buyer. Always easy to reach and very responsive, often after work hours and well into the evening. A very dedicated team. I would recommend them.

GoogleInitially I was very happy with the experience when renting a property. The agent who was dealing with my case was friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable. The story changed when I wanted to get my deposit back after finishing renting... I was asked by my ex-landlord to wash all the carpets and the curtains by a professional company despite the fact there was nothing in our contract which stated we should have done this. There was also no mention of this throughout our tenancy therefore I was surprised when that was asked of me from an agent before my deposit was released. The telephone conversation with K. was debilitating; the agent sounded annoyed with me; friendliness from the beginning was gone. I was shocked when she asked me to 'donate' some money towards carpet cleaning as she said: "this is how we do things here". At that moment I wanted to ask whether she meant it's because I'm not from Devon or even England and don't know 'how things are done'. I 'donated' the money as I was afraid that if I won't, there will be more problems occurring and at this point I needed my deposit money back. Maybe some additional customer handling training could be of benefits.

We felt that communication was amazing and fast and they were kind enough to give us a little gift of soaps and vouchers when we got the keys! 10/10 if we ever sell we will be using Webbers ❤️
