GoogleWe are at the very early stage of selling our house and so far the service provided by Anna has been exemplary. Anna has clearly explained every step of the process, ensuring we are comfortable and, as two nervous sellers, we are completely reassured that we are in the best possible hands - thanks Anna!

GoogleWe had been recommended by a number of people to use bacon and we are glad we took the advice. My wife initially took a meeting with Anna and was given all information on how they would sell our house. We thought they had a great work ethic and that our needs or worries would be dealt with in accordance. The photos have come out just as Anna described to my wife, so far we can’t thank you enough.

GoogleOur sale was not an easy one. My mother in law’s bungalow has been almost untouched for 20yrs and choosing the right agent was critical for us. Others were too arrogant or had no idea what they were doing and then there was Ben, who i think is the best estate agent i have had the pleasure to deal with on the buy or sell side. He was polite, genuine and honest, but most of all he delivered for us on what he said he would do. He’s been outstanding for us, even when we lost our first buyer and couldn’t have been more helpful, even giving us some great advice and much needed local knowledge around our onward search. Then there’s George, who picked up the batten to support and push on with Ben. George is relatively inexperienced but his communication has been absolutely superb with us and he couldn’t have done any more for us. We have a tricky buyer and he has managed the entire situation brilliantly, especially as he has been learning too. He’s a lovely and helpful guy and his customer service has been really excellent The money spent on fees has been completely worth it and the two guys are an absolute credit to this agency. Bacon will certainly get our business if ever possible in the future Thanks again to all at Bacon for an excellent experience (Source : allAgents)

GoogleTracey sold our house, everything went smoothly and easily and we got good price above home report after going to closing date. She also then contacted us to say she had a house we may like to view! So we viewed it as soon as it was on market and offer was accepted! Tracey made the estate agent part of selling and buying very easy.
Fantastic review Hazel, we are happy that you are happy!!
