Daniel was exceptional. He helped us secure our dream property with honesty, authenticity and a friendly but professional manner throughout. He picked up our sale listing after difficulties with previous agents and with some great photography he transformed our listing and had us more offers in a week than our last agent had had in 3 months! On top of that, ultimately, his fee was less! I can’t fault any of the service he and his team provided and I’d honestly go straight back to him if I ever wanted to move again and I’d recommend him in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything and I wish you every success in the new year.

Daniel and David were very professional and listened carefully to my wishes from the outset. They were really good at exploring different options to jointly agree the best way forward to sell my property - a very personal and caring approach. They used the latest virtual tour technology to get an top-class web-presence and were willing to go the extra mile (multiple visits) to get the best presentation of my property. Daniel and David clearly had the experience to advise me, based on good current selling market intel - and a good up-to-date understanding of what prospective buyers are looking for right now. Couple their experience and inclusive approach, with their very competitive fees their's was the most compelling proposal in the face of stiff competition from more established Estate Agents.
