GoogleI am a landlord and have used Letcheck since 2016. Since they have been unfailingly reliable and efficient, as well as inexpensive, I have no reason to look for an alternative company! The quality of the photos is good and I feel as though the inventory clerk’s comments are comprehensive and accurate. I have never had any complaints from tenants that the check in or check out reports are inaccurate. Communication with the bookings team is extremely straightforward. Would recommend.

GoogleAfter using the Broadwater branch and having success on two occasions I wouldn't recommend the Goring branch if I'm honest. After selling my property on two occasions it then went on to fall through on both occasions due to poor customer service and not keeping me up to speed on my buyer's criteria and their mortgage offer requirements. Very disappointed.

At every step, you kept us informed with updates following every viewing; when there was an uncertain period after our first buyers had to withdraw, your advice to stay the course with the price, and not to make any interventions to the property was absolutely right, resulting in you securing a great price and the loveliest of purchasers - the original buyers able eventually to proceed. GoogleWe have just purchased our first house through Bacon and Co and dealt with Josh throughout. Josh made the whole process seamless and guided us through everything nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. He was friendly, reliable and honest. GoogleReally great service and support right from the off. Felt that Anna and team really understood the local market and what was happening, and what the realistic outcomes and timeframes would be. We had a lot of early viewings and subsequently secondaries and we accepted an offer within a few weeks of the house going in the market with Bacon. The entire process was very smooth and, as this was in difficult circumstances, we couldn’t have asked for any more. Would thoroughly recommend if you want an agent to be genuinely acting on your behalf as opposed to just running the numbers - and treating you like a number too. Thank you Anna and team at Bacon for doing such a great job.

GoogleWe worked with a number of agents trying to sell our flat before we found Adrian. Adrian was different to the rest, his service always felt personal, he was really invested in finding something that worked for both parties (the buyer and the seller), he was really proactive, great attention to detail and always had much needed advice.
