GoogleI had very bad experiences with this agency as a tenant. Would never recommend them. Some staffs are really rude and unprofessional too.

When the property became temporarily unsuitable due to a significant leak, the landlord funded alternative accommodation, and our team helped coordinate temporary housing and furniture removals at no cost to you. As the works progressed and it became clear that contractors could not provide a definite completion date, we also offered you the option to end the tenancy early without notice or penalty, so you could secure alternative long-term accommodation if that was the best option for you. We completely appreciate that having to leave your home unexpectedly is distressing and disruptive, and we are sorry that the overall experience was not a positive one for you. Throughout the process, our aim was to support you as practically and compassionately as possible in challenging circumstances. We wish you all the very best in your new home.

GoogleFrom start to finish we can’t thank you enough Leah and the team at the Taunton branch. Leah has been professional from the first meet and has worked hard and kept in contact with the both of us at all times on WhatsApp and by email and telephone. Any appointment was arranged in good time and all communication was done in a professional and friendly manner. Our house is now sold STC and we have been fortunate enough to find a new bungalow with Leah and the team as well. Obviously it’s early days but if the sale goes as well as our purchase then we can’t thank you enough for all your hard work. We have now completed our sale and purchase and we are delighted. Everything went well even down to last day when we picked up the keys for our new home. If you want to sell please use the property centre you won’t be disappointed. GoogleExcellent Service by Robinson Michael Jackson. Kendell was very helpful and great at communicating with us. She made the process easier, she provided reassurance and kept on top of solicitors and as this is our first home it was so helpful. Harry showed us around our new home first and he was also helpful and answered our questions. Dallas was always on hand to answer phone calls and also kept on top of solicitors. He was very quick at sending and answering our emails. Overall Kendell, Dallas and Harry all made the process positive and we would highly recommend them (especially if you are buying your first home). GoogleSo I placed an order with hoover for a new fridge freezer- paid £35 for delivery on the Saturday. The morning of delivery i had a email with time slot and told ill get a phone call. Delivery slot was 0816 till 1016. Noticed time was getting on so checked on tracking to find it said " unsuccessful delivery " I have no way of contacting product care as they dont have a phone line active at weekend even though it tells me to contact them. I have been in guarding in the front garden so no way could I have missed them. No one has contacted me via phone ect. So I have no fridge freezer now I can use as old one been taken away. I has a load of shopping delivered I couldn't cancel due to it was out on delivery so thats all wasted. Lost a days work! I would stay fair away from this company. You need to learn a way for communicating with your customers at weekends if you going to off a service in that time period! Custom care is nonsense and dosnt exist.

GoogleThis company did not deliver my fridge freezer when they said they would. (After sending many texts beforehand). They then didn't ever text again! Still not heard anything and Hoover claim to be escalating it. Not so much. As usual a complete lack of urgency for a simple problem which is after all their one job.

GoogleDoesnt deserve 1 star!! I ordered a freezer from amazon, three delivery dates from these cowboys, three unsuccessful delivery dates because the freezer was never on the van!!!!! Even though each time the day before they gave me a time slot!!! Joke

GoogleWithout a doubt, this is one of the rudest and most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I was expecting delivery of a fridge freezer which had already taken over two weeks to arrange. The driver then apparently “couldn’t find” my property, “apparently tried to call me” despite there being no missed call whatsoever, and I was subsequently told that Google Maps was somehow directing the driver into the middle of nowhere. To make matters worse, the individual I spoke to on the phone then attempted to insinuate that this was somehow my fault, even suggesting that I had no phone signal. This is despite the fact that every other courier company manages to find my property without issue, and I have lived here for almost a decade. The complete lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive attitude shown throughout this experience has been genuinely appalling, especially considering we have now been without a fridge for over two weeks. Avoid this company like the plague

GoogleWaited in all day for delivery and not appeared. Called 2 times, cannot give update or say when I will get it. No courtesy call to say sorry we are running late or any other excuse they can make up. Oh and tracking systems down, surprise surprise. They are worse than evri. Avoid at all cost. Certainly won't buy if retailer uses them to deliver. Avoid Avoid avoid

GoogleDue to have a washing machine delivered on a Saturday morning 8-10am did not turn up, click on the tracking app, for it just to say delivery not possible, no other reason and no update given to us as customer, called their telephone number to find their offices are shut on a Saturday. Now have to wait until Monday to find out where it is, another weekend with no washing machine. Poor service!

GoogleShocking company. Not only did they not turn up on a booked delivery they did not even phone to say they were not coming. No reply to my email and I had to chase them to be told "don't know why they didn't deliver cant get hold of driver but delivery is now cancelled altogether so you need to contact who you purchased dishwasher from." Needless to say I have cancelled item altogether.

GoogleTook almost three weeks for delivery of a fridge freezer from Argos (during which time we had no fridge since our old one was broken) and no contact or information after the initial automated email without us chasing them up multiple times. Their website advertises appliance recycling but they told us that we couldn't request this. They contracted another local company to do the job, making it a fourth-party job, which made us feel like we had even less control over the situation. Would definitely try to avoid this company in future.

GoogleWorst Courier out there - Product Care is beyond unprofessional. Have a Tumble Dryer ordered via Costco that they are supposed to be delivering. First attempt the driver couldn't be bothered finding my house and didn't phone ahead of time. Rebooked after a lot of back and fourth with their customer service team. As with many of the reviews below have stated, this time they didn't even bother putting it on the van. That's two days of holidays wasted waiting in. The customer service team do not call you back. You have to chase to get any answer. I was told today they were going to find out what happened to my order and phone back. Waited 4 hours and no reply, so called them myself only for the customer service advisor to now tell me they'd launched an investigation and it would take 48 hours. I had to phone to find that out. When I asked to speak to a manager the customer service advisor told me "I can escalate it all I want, it will still take 48 hours". He did escalate it apparently, but I suspect that's going to be as useful as a wet paper bag. Avoid this company at all costs if you have an order they are couriering.
