GoogleThey don’t respond to queries for ads on listing websites, don’t pick up the phone. Disappointed. Maybe it’s a good idea to not post ads you have no intention of replying to?

From the very beginning, he was patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in understanding our requirements. He suggested properties that were well-suited to our needs and was extremely flexible with scheduling viewings. GoogleIt was a real pleasure working with Gytis! This has been one of my best experiences with a lettings consultant. From day one, Gytis was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. At each step, he made sure I understood the renting terms and rules, even highlighting potential pitfalls during our conversations. We communicated both online and in person. While showing one of the apartments on video, Gytis went the extra mile by obtaining additional footage to show me exactly how the nearby construction would affect my stay in the apartment. Every time we spoke, he provided detailed and transparent information about everything. Lastly, Gytis is incredibly responsive, he replies quickly and answers all questions thoroughly. I wish every professional interaction was like this! I wish him the best of luck, and it would be a pleasure to work with him again.

GoogleUpdate 2025: Tianne from Lettings was brilliant in helping me secure a new apartment and move out earlier than my contract end date as she was sure she could find another tenant which she did. She was friendly, professional, answered all questions quickly. But more importantly she was empathetic and helped me feel less stressed. She even helped liaise with colleagues in other departments, some of whom could benefit from learning some soft skills and customer service skills from Tianne. Previous review 2024: Brilliant experience securing my new rental apartment. Friendly, professional communication. Paperwork went smoothly. My main point of contact was Tasif who helped me secure a viewing despite a difficult previous tenant and who always answered my questions promptly and guided me through the process.

GoogleNot that great. I moved out over a month ago, no damage to the property, no unpaid bills, and I have had to file a claim with The Deposit Scheme to get my deposit back. They also overcharged me on rent one month, sending a bunch of emails saying I was late on payments, when they were actually overcharging me - in the end I just paid to get them out of my hair. Initially they were great - in the end, it sucked and I still don't have my deposit back.

GoogleI can't even begin to express my gratitude to Erjana and JLL. I spoke to Erjana for the first time on a Thursday and by Monday everything had been sorted. From the very start she was responsive and diligent in helping my wife and I find a place to rent that fit our requirements and specifications. She made finding a new flat (a rather stressful activity) such a painless and actually enjoyable experience. I couldn't imagine having done it with anyone else. Thank you, Erjana for all of your help and support! We appreciate you!

GoogleTianne was a pleasure to work with throughout my flat search in London. I initially viewed a property with her that didn’t quite match what I was looking for, and she was understanding and assured me she’d keep an eye out for something more suitable within my budget. A few weeks later, I enquired about another flat that was slightly over budget, and she proactively suggested an alternative that turned out to be a great fit. She arranged the viewing quickly and was incredibly responsive throughout the process. Thanks to her efficiency and support, I was able to make an offer with confidence. Highly recommend working with her!
