GoogleAaron was absolutely superb throughout the whole process! Was very quick to arrange the viewings, helped with negotiations, chased solicitors to get us over the line quicker! If Aaron wasn't there - everything would have most likely taken another month or two! Massive thanks - really appreciate all your support!

GoogleWe met Juliette to value our home. She was personable, polite, had an excellent knowledge of the area and it felt like she cared, which at 4.30pm on a Saturday is no easy feat! We sadly wonβt be marketing yet after a personal set back, however I have absolutely no concerns about listing my property with Bacon & Co as and when we come to be ready.

GoogleI could not fault Wayne and his team at any stage with the sale of my property. The Marketing Materials were so well produced that B&C had found and sold my property (for the agreed asking price) within 4 days! B&C kept me and the buyer informed throughout the sales process. Faultless.

The pressure was on to complete before Stamp Duty deadline and Juliette was brilliant in helping get it over the line and saving us a fair few quid. Thank you so much for your help and would not hesitate to recommend. :)

GoogleWe bought our first property through bacon and co goring. Juliette was brilliant, answered any questions we had very attentively, kept us updated weekly with progress, kept close communication with the solicitors. With Julietteβs knowledge, she made it super easy for us as first time buyers, relaying any information we didnβt understand in a way we would! Juliette pushed to get us moved into our house 6 days before Christmas. Thank you Juliette and we would recommend bacon and co to everyone selling/buying a property!

GoogleExceptional Customer Service and Professionalism from Anil, Highly Recommended
I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Anil, and I must say his level of customer service and professionalism was nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, Anil demonstrated genuine care, attentiveness, and a commitment to excellence that is all too rare these days.
He was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient, ensuring that every query was answered promptly and thoroughly. What stood out most was his ability to make the entire experience seamless and stress-free, always going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Anilβs warm, personable manner combined with his professionalism made for a truly impressive service. Itβs clear he takes great pride in his work, and it certainly shows in the way he treats his clients.
I cannot recommend Anil highly enough. If you are looking for someone who is reliable, respectful, and remarkably dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service, Anil is without doubt the person to turn to.

GoogleMy family has been working with Adrian and his team for several years, firstly in connection with renting out and managing our property and most recently with the selling process. Throughout the whole period of our dealings, we have had the utmost confidence in the service he has provided. He has been utterly reliable and proactive, his communications have been clear, timely and accurate and he has guided us through all the inevitable trials and tribulations of being a remote landlord with tolerance and understanding. In the world of Estate Agents, you could not wish to find anyone better. We unequivocally recommend his services.

GoogleAdrian and his small team are really impressive. Nothing was too much trouble, he was honest and used his wider commercial experience to agree a solution to a problem which seemed unsurmountable (cladding related). He a teddy for the vendor but worked hard to keep both sides happy and moving forward. I am very happy to recommend him.

GoogleAdrian was our estate agent for the sale of my flat which ended up being a long and complex process, but adrian was proactively involved and extremely helpful throughout, with regular engagement with the buyer and the buyers (2) solicitors to make sure the sale was a success. Adrian communicated well and provided me regular updates to keep me sane. I cant thank him enough and would highly recommend him. Thank you.
