Juliette is very professional and responsive to requests for information, was really flexible in terms of allowing access, so trades could quote for improvements to the property, and is also a really pleasant and warm member of staff to deal with. Whenever we tried to contact Juliette, other members of the team were equally professional and helpful over the telephone.

GoogleAs a first time buyer it was nice to be able to work with a team of people who have an abundance of knowledge in the industry and can put you on the right track.
This process can get long, complicated and stressful but thankfully Doug (sales progressor) was always happy to answer questions and chase up any issues as they arose.
If you are buying around Stortford it is definitely worth at least having a chat with them to see what they can offer you.
