GoogleI recently sold my house with Webbers in Barnstaple, and the whole team were great from start to finish.
They took exceptional photos to present the property at its very best and were highly effective in managing negotiations. Although the first sale fell through (through no fault of Webbers), they handled the situation well, relisting promptly, communicating clearly, and securing another offer within a week of going back on the market.
Sarah, the sales progressor, was outstanding. She worked hard to chase solicitors and others in the chain, remained calm throughout the initial setback, and ultimately helped bring the sale to a successful conclusion within three months of remarketing.
I appreciate that experiences with estate agents can vary, and much depends on how well the whole team works together. In this case, their coordination and flexibility really stood out. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would be more than happy to use Webbers again.

GoogleThe online manual claims Russell Hobbs is the brand but the manual delivered with the freezer says Abode. After visiting their website I discovered that they have a licence to sell Russell Hobbs products (but clearly not to claim their own brand products are from Russell Hobbs). I raised complaints with both companies through Resolver that have not been addressed and I am escalating to the consumer watchdog. Based on other reviews, it sounds like they deliver for lots of UK companies and I wonder how much business they get from misplaced trust in institutional British brands. I bought from B&Q and was appalled at the service - the freezer arrived in what looked like a second hand box held together with tape. It is subpar and makes a loud clunk every 15 minutes.
