GoogleUseless! I bought a new induction hob and electric oven from Bosch and paid extra for fitting and removal of my old appliances. Delivery man said the wiring wasn't correct for my appliances and I'd need an electrician to rewire. I've just done that and been told no rewiring was required, and did the job in less than an hour for a 3rd of the cost. I'm currently trying to get a refund from Bosch but they're not making it easy.

GoogleOrdered from Currys got a delivery date and time slot for a freezer. Received a call to ask if they could deliver earlier than time slot which suited us. Delivery staff were pleasant placed the freezer were we wanted it and removed packaging before leaving. Excellent customer service.

GoogleOvoid product care at all cost! I ordered my appliance 3 weeks ago from Costco and my delivery driver turned up and said that there is no big parking space for his little van. I open the residential parking barrier and let him in and there were 3 parking spaces but he didn’t take it. He left me without saying what will happen to my order. I contacted Product Care that I didn’t receive my order as your driver was incompetent and unhelpful and I was told that they are going to investigate but after a few days I was contacted that the parking spaces were small for the driver (this are standard parking lots) who obviously couldn’t park in. So I was told that I should either call Costco and cancel my order or book for redelivery in a week. This is crazy, I have never had such an experience ever. So I had to rebook and wait another week for it and was asked to pay for the parking of the off road for my order to be delivered! Such a disgrace! Ovoid this company at all cost!

GoogleI recently sold my house with Webbers in Barnstaple, and the whole team were great from start to finish. They took exceptional photos to present the property at its very best and were highly effective in managing negotiations. Although the first sale fell through (through no fault of Webbers), they handled the situation well, relisting promptly, communicating clearly, and securing another offer within a week of going back on the market. Sarah, the sales progressor, was outstanding. She worked hard to chase solicitors and others in the chain, remained calm throughout the initial setback, and ultimately helped bring the sale to a successful conclusion within three months of remarketing. I appreciate that experiences with estate agents can vary, and much depends on how well the whole team works together. In this case, their coordination and flexibility really stood out. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would be more than happy to use Webbers again.

GoogleWebbers were incredibly helpful with our house purchase from start to finish. The first house they sent details on was a perfect match to our requirements, and we immediately made an offer "sight unseen" without looking at any other properties. The whole process was more complicated since we were living abroad and had a house to sell, but we were able to move from offer to completion in about 3 months, exchanging contracts after only 2 months. Communication was great every step of the way, despite an 8-hour time difference: we always knew exactly what was going on and were able to contact our agent easily. If I find myself in a position to buy or sell another home, I know exactly where I'm going! Thanks Webbers!

GoogleI honestly couldn’t recommend Muvin highly enough. From day one they tailored the entire sale and purchase strategy around us. It didn’t feel generic, not templated, but something that genuinely reflected our situation, our timings, and the challenges we faced along the way. They’ve been incredibly professional throughout, and I can say without hesitation that they’re the reason our purchase stayed alive during some very tricky moments. They didn’t just “manage” the process, they actively drove and cared! A special mention has to go to Alison, their progression officer. I’ve spoken to her regularly for the last six months (to the point where it felt like I was talking to a friend), and she has been nothing short of outstanding. Calm, knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in getting us over the line. I couldn’t speak highly enough of her! Muvin went well beyond all expectations on every aspect of our sale and purchase, and they more than justified their (very reasonable) fee.
