GoogleI have been staying at this accommodation for a year now and I have zero complaints till date. It is extremely safe, the connectivity is very good to all parts of London. It has a tesco superstore and Sainsbury’s at 2 mins walk. Apart from this, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. All of my emails were answered within the day which is wonderful. Iga especially has been very helpful and replied promptly to any queries one might have. The coworking areas and other common spaces are very well maintained and are just beautiful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a safe and beautiful home in London. :)

GoogleI have just renewed my tenancy at Riverstone Heights, and I must say, living here has been a pleasant experience. Although there was a slight delay in the opening of the communal areas, they are now fully operational and the spaces are fantastic. The rooms are also a decent size. The onsite team is responsive and attentive. Special thanks to Beverly, Anna, and Iga for their excellent service and support. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at Riverstone Heights and look forward to continuing my tenancy here.

I had the pleasure to be toured by Iga and Helga and they were very pleasant, answered all questions and showed genuine interest to accommodate all my needs for my future flat. The flats themselves are modern and spacious. The balcony views are beautiful. The terrace is amazing!

GoogleA warm apartment. Daily life is convenient. Bus station, underground and a large supermarket just walk in 5 minutes. The apartment is excellent and the management service is immediate and nice at all the times. Iga is a professional and responsible manager of the apartment.

GoogleWe moved into Riverstone Heights August last year and have had a wonderful experience. The co-working space is excellent, perfect for anyone working from home. The views from the communal areas and our balcony are stunning. Highly recommend! Iga and the whole team have been very helpful throughout my tenancy! Iga has been really helpful :D

GoogleI see this reviews before and I also suffer bad experience with this type of companies that just try to be smart on people that don't know. First whenever you rent anything and you had this experience go to the citizen advisors and ask them to contact to your Ombudsman. They will start the legal process and they could potentially push them to refund you the money on the best case... always contact them by email and take all pictures you can us soon you can. Be aware that this type of companies they make money this way and is very difficult to catch them because they usually make a company on the name of someone that is not on the country... like this it takes longer for them to close the place or for you to go to court. Good luck to all and if they are not scamers the citizens advisor with the ombudsman will let you know if the contract is legal and what you ask is right. ( for the reviews this do not look good) And if you think why they are not many reviews? Well... I will not review anyone that have my deposit if that make sense

GoogleWe moved to Vida last month and our experience has been amazing so far, thankfully. The flat viewing was very helpful with Sam providing accurate information about the property and the units. There is a back garden where pets can walk anytime, bike storage and car park. It’s good that the property’s tidiness is maintained and there are no pet noise issues. The building looks decent from outside while inside one wouldn’t expect such spacious hallways. It’s quiet and secured, you can really feel the privacy. The units too are spacious as compared to others offered for same rate in the market. We moved in to a re-painted unit with brand new blinds installed. The large windows in both lounge and bedroom are my favourite as they reflect natural light. All our requests (pre and during tenancy) were timely fulfilled by the on-site team (Sam and Rebecca) such as replacing the sofa in the lounge and collecting the tv stand as its size isn’t suitable to our tv. We appreciate their responsiveness to our queries and requests. So far we are loving our stay at Vida 💕🙏🏼

GoogleMy partner and I lived at Vida House for 1 year and would've stayed longer if it hadn't been for an unexpected change in our lives. Moving in was an incredibly fast and smooth process, and overall a pleasant experience. We moved in as the building was being renovated, which certainly brought a handful of challenges. However, Sam and Rebecca have made sure to communicate every detail as soon as possible, so we were always aware of what was happening. They were always very understanding, responsive, and supportive to whatever needs we may have. Even requests like getting a meter reading were fulfilled on the same day, which made it very pleasant to deal with these kinds of admin tasks. When it came to renewing our tenancy, Rebecca did everything in her power to negotiate a good price for us, without a massive increase and showed that she really cares about the tenants. Unfortunately, we decided to move out, however, we would both be more than happy to move back, as this really is an amazing value for money. The rent is really not too bad for the space you get but what really makes this place amazing is the quality of appliances (and even the flooring etc.), the amazing service from Rebecca and Sam, having a parcel room and parcel locker on site, as well as a maintenance team, and the location (close to major stations and big supermarkets). I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking to move in this area!

GoogleWe loved living here. Management is amazing and very quick to reply and solve issues. The flat is spacious with modern minimalistic furniture and massive windows. We would highly recommend Vida House. We will miss this place.

GoogleI’ve lived here at Vida House for 14 years under two landlords. Way of Life Management here @ VH present excellent quality apartments, good communication all with friendly and efficient tenant relationships. It is for me personally the perfect apartment block to reside in, great commuting connections, quiet, regularly cleaned communal areas and outside rear garden space. Rebecca and Sam run the block with a professional and caring approach, thank you guys!
