GoogleThe building is fine and the flat is nice, if not a bit too pricey for what you get. Their out of hours management, on the other hand, is shockingly poor. We had a recurring issue with our front door, where the handle wouldn’t open the door from the inside. We got locked in one evening and called the concierge, who opened the door from the outside. He told us we would have to wait until tomorrow for their handyman to come. Upon saying this wasn’t acceptable due to the fire risk of being locked inside the flat, he suggested we would have to “sleep with the door open”. I initially thought he was joking, but no, that was his and the managements position. They refused to call an emergency locksmith and confirmed they were not liable to pay for it had we chosen to call one ourselves. We’ve had minor issues with the building (including a fly infestation due to their poor handling of rubbish) but nothing quite as unbelievable as a company who charges over 2 grand for one bedroom flats yet refuses to pay a couple hundred to deal with an issue that involves a fire safety and general safety risk.

GoogleSince moving in July 2026 Riverstone Heights really feels like home. This is largely thanks to the way the building is managed and the staff who are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. A particular shout-out to Awat who has gone above and beyond to make sure we settled in comfortably and always has time for a friendly chat. Thank you to the whole Way of Life team for making our move so easy and for making Riverstone Heights such a lovely place to live.

GoogleThis is such a great place to live, mainly because the staff are so helpful and friendly; Awat, Alifa, and Abdi at the front desk are always kind and do what they can to answer any questions. The night staff are also amazing and very sweet. There are a lot of fun events on the rooftop with delicious food and drinks, always provided for free. There are numerous air conditioned co-working spaces, and it’s only a 3-minute walk to the tube station. 10/10 would recommend!

GoogleWe had such a wonderful experience living here and I genuinely couldn’t recommend it more. From the very beginning to the end of our tenancy, the entire team was incredibly kind, respectful, helpful, and professional. What stood out most was how much the staff made the place feel like home. Everyone was always welcoming and treated us with such warmth and respect. In all the time we lived here, I honestly can’t think of a single thing I could complain about. It has been one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, and we are leaving with nothing but wonderful memories and so much gratitude. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially for the hospitality and care throughout our stay. You will genuinely never be forgotten, and we will always look back on our time here very fondly. Thank you for making our home such a lovely place to be! ❤️ Fifi & Sesame 💕

GoogleGreat service, we lived here for almost a year and really enjoyed it. One of the best views on London, every time we had visitors they would spend hours sitting on the balcony appreciating the skyline of the city. The building really gives big city vibes for anyone lookinf for quiet apartment that can also feel like a part of the big city. I also really enjoyed coworking areas with fast internet where I could work in peace - never crowded or busy, perfect for meeting or quiet focused work. Darek who is one of the managers was always positive and super helpful. I definitely appreciate their attitude and being customer oriented!

GoogleRH feels like an artists dream house (but make it an apartment high rise). Views, BBQs, summer loungers on the roof, and private parties are great; to list a few amenities. Shoutout to the Concierge yall are making the experience what it is ✨

GoogleWe spent two years at Riverstone Heights and loved living here. The building and its facilities are well maintained. We throughly enjoyed the rooftop terrace with an incredible view. The staff are incredibly accommodating and responsive through our stay. The location was very convenient being right next to the tube station. I will miss being a stones throw away from the huge Tesco next door. We also had the smoothest move out of the property, which was always a concern for us while renting in the UK.

GoogleMy husband and I stayed in Riverstone Heights for our first 2 years of living in London and loved our experience - from the friendly staff (Helga, Abdul, Saad, Darek etc.), the facilities (bbq area, study rooms), to the convenience of staying just beside the tube and a huge Tesco. The apartment itself was very spacious and well furnished, and any issues were easily rectified through the building app. We will miss living here very much!

GoogleI’ve had a really good experience living at Riverstone Heights. The building is modern, well maintained, and the facilities are very convenient. One of my favourite parts is definitely the rooftop BBQ area. It is a lovely space to relax, enjoy the view, and spend time with friends, especially when the weather is nice. The BBQ facilities are clean, easy to use, and make the building feel more social and enjoyable. I also want to say thank you to all the staff at Riverstone Heights. Everyone has been very friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Their support really makes living here more comfortable and welcoming. Overall, I’m very happy with Riverstone Heights and would definitely recommend it.
