Truly can't recommend this building enough! The amenities on the 1st floor and the rooftop are ideal for working from home and there are even bbqs on the roof top to utilise in the summer. The whole building team are really friendly and helpful and run free community events every few weeks which is great. Super easy to get in contact with them if you ever need anything or have a question through a whatsapp chat which is ideal. Special thanks to Darek, Helga, Simona and all of the lovely receptionists :)

AVOID! You're lucky if the roof works in this building, because, despite being new, it is run by the most uninterested of parties, and left to deteriorate rapidly. There is nothing available that is ever promised, so do not expect any services, any staff, anything worth the amount you'll pay, basically. If you have a better choice, for your sanity, pick the other choice. Do not pay to live in this landlocked depression haven, with no greenery and no surrounding community. For the price, you can get much better service and working amenities. Service is poor, nothing works, and nobody is trained or even available to do a thing about it.

I’ve absolutely loved living here! The amenities are honestly one of the best parts of the building. The gym is fully equipped. The rooftop is incredible, whether it’s relaxing with friends, enjoying the views, or just having some quiet time, it always feels like a little escape right at home. The co-working spaces have also been a game-changer for me. Everything is always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, which makes daily life so much easier and more enjoyable. It really feels like more than just a place to live, it’s a community. I’m so glad I chose this building and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home with amazing amenities. I cannot say enough good words about the concierge team at River Heights. Amro, Saad, and Helga are simply outstanding. They are always polite, professional, and genuinely kind. No matter the situation, they are ready to help and always go the extra mile , far beyond what could ever be expected from their duties. Every interaction with them is a pleasure. They create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the building that it truly feels like home. Their dedication, attentiveness, and positive attitude make living here an absolute joy. It’s rare to meet people who consistently combine professionalism with genuine care, but Amro, Saad, and Helga do exactly that every single day. I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is well furnished, contemporary and has a good view of the 19 th floor. The venue was strategic and all was fine. The team and all the management staff are so welcoming and professional at all time with the warmest hospitality, always so warmly-attentive, receptive, friendly and more than considerate and supportive in accommodating anything residents need in the most efficient and responsive manner. The common space amenities of the apartment building are stunning to say the least, with plenty of beautiful and dazzling common space facilities of stylish, exquisite modern designs for residents to enjoy the space to live, work, relax and socialise. Here I feel a lovely sense of community at Riverstone Heights, which is very heartening. There are also a lot of social events well-organised and hosted regularly and exclusively for residents to enjoy a delightful time and forge lovely bondings together for a rewarding living experience, and for us develop a sense of belongings. Always make me feel like home. The apartment aspect itself for me is awesome and amazing. The flat amenities, interiors, furnishings and the overall apartment environments come in with the best standards and qualities - spacious, well-maintained and well-equipped in all aspects and always best attended-to for me to feel very tranquil, comfortable and cozy to live in. Security and safety management is top-notch in all rounds and I always feel very safe, homely and enjoyable living here. Would highly recommend to anyone who are interested in seeking an exquisite renting and living experience and want to feel homey. The commute is very convenient as well. Location is superb and the overall living environments and experience are simply marvellous and wholesome🩷.

I had the worst experience of trust this place for my new rental property like waiting for so many days and every day the management comes and makes a fool of the customers and just try to make changes with their own statement and it led us to waste of our time for finding a place our money to travel their and just because we trusted their words it led us to left with no place at this point of time and had to book an air bnb for my self as i was left on with no place as we had no place to stay at the last moment the worst service company thst can never be trusted please never make yourself to trust this company

I lived here for almost two years, and it was a very comfortable and memorable time; it's the kind of place I most want to return to. The building is well-managed, with complete and beautiful facilities. During my long stay in apartment 1B, I never had any problems with bugs or rats; it was incredibly clean. It's very close to the subway and bus stations. In short, it's a great place. If I had more money, I probably would have stayed here indefinitely. I miss it…

Please not to rent here. Their facilities look nice but the flats are poorly built. I live here but my flat meter reading machine is wrong. They mistakenly connected another flat's meter to my flat, which caused my electricity supplier to connect the other house's meter. I asked for their help but they would only tell me that we were communicating but nothing substantial was happening. And we are not the only one with problems on our floor, there are also four other households that I know of. I'm just looking for a solution but no one is helping me. No one told me before moving in that there was something wrong with the property.

I stayed in the guest house with my wife . It's like a five star suite . The managing staff was very friendly and helping . They made sure that we were comfortable . The amenities - Kitcenette, bathroom , living room were well stacked . wifi worked full speed . We couldn't have been more comfortable . I'd love to be back and I recommend my friends to go and stay there . Train station , Bus stand , Grocery stores are all a stone throw distance .
