GoogleRubbish chute at this apartment has been out of service for the past 3 weeks now and there has been no proactive measures in fixing this. I’ve reached out to the staff at the reception several times, urging them to fix this inconvenience. Quite disappointing as this has been a great inconvenience for all residents.

Dear Arshiya, Thanks for reaching out. The bin chute has been out of service due to a damaged part as a result of constant misuse. The team has been working tirelessly to ensure everyone adheres to the rules of the bin chute usage and as soon as the part was replaced, the bin chute system has been placed back into operation. I am sorry you feel the team and development deserves a 2 star review due to this as it is not a reflection of the team's hard work and dedication to ensure customer satisfaction. GoogleI recently visited and was blown away! The amenities on both the 1st and 27th floors are incredible. The 27th floor view alone is worth five stars. Everything feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Darek and the entire staff were so welcoming and clearly take amazing care of the residents. Truly an impressive place!

GoogleI’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. The staff are very patient and always willing to help resolve any issues. There are also small community events from time to time, which make the living experience more enjoyable. The study rooms are comfortable and provide a great environment for focusing. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience.

GoogleA warm apartment. Daily life is convenient. Bus station, underground and a large supermarket just walk in 5 minutes. The apartment is excellent and the management service is immediate and nice at all the times. Iga is a professional and responsible manager of the apartment.

GoogleI have been staying at this accommodation for a year now and I have zero complaints till date. It is extremely safe, the connectivity is very good to all parts of London. It has a tesco superstore and Sainsbury’s at 2 mins walk. Apart from this, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. All of my emails were answered within the day which is wonderful. Iga especially has been very helpful and replied promptly to any queries one might have. The coworking areas and other common spaces are very well maintained and are just beautiful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a safe and beautiful home in London. :)

GoogleGreat facilities everything is so sleek and modern. Dishwasher works like a charm. Wish there was resident parking. The design is great all around and the 1 bedroom is perfect for a solo person to be in. Facilities are great and everything (machines) are up to date and of high quality. Great area feels very safe only wish there was 24/7 corner shop nearby. Bin chutes were having a few issues but that's understandable as it is a new development. The apartment is very soundproof. Great onsite team - Special shoutout to the resident host team - Helga , Beverly & Anna!
