GoogleNikki has handled my search for a flat, and my tenancy for the last two years. I have been delighted with the support and help she has given me, and am settled happily into the property she found me. GoogleWith a difficult purchase due to personal circumstance not for us but in the chain, village properties were fantastic at supporting us all and acting in best interests of all parties, Sarah Jane was great at keeping us informed and mike was also brilliant. GoogleExtremely helpful in assisting us to find a house, understood our concerns that we wanted very long term rental and helped with us getting the house we are in now. Fantastic service when any issues with the house which are quickly solved within very timely manner. Nikki has been very supportive for us as have other staff members too. Would most certainly reccommend and I have on a few occasions to friends. Best agents in Reading who listen to needs and help find ideal housing.

I am so pleased I use Village Properties, amazingly you manged to sell my place with in 2 days, and then helped all along the way to exchange and completion. It was a long chain, but your team really helped through all the stages to keep it all moving along. Thanks to Charlie for the the advice on the valuation/ best price and great photos, Mike for all the work on the chain and advice, and to Sarah-Jane for all the invaluable chasing of solicitors and other agents in the chain to get us all agreed on exchange and completion dates!

GoogleAn extremely professional and personable service from Village Properties regarding the sale of our home. All of the members of staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process. Although there were delays in the sale of our property - through no fault of their own - they communicated very well with us, our purchasers and our legal representatives to ensure all parties were kept up-to-date and informed of progress. When needed Village Properties were immediately responsive in providing documentation to a third party, and as a direct result, minimised any potential delay. Our particular thanks goes to Mike and Sarah Jane.

FacebookSo after putting in offer for our dream house back in October 2017, me and my family finally completed on 25th January 2019. Now I know you may be thinking I must have been crazy to continue to pursue the property but it wasn’t something we were willing to let go. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all at Village properties who persevered through this arduous process. Hopefully we will stay in our new home and not put you all through this again anytime soon.

Charlie, Mike and Sarah Jane work really hard to get your home sold. Even when we had problems on the valuation report, Mike worked really hard to sort out the problems quickly so the sale wasn’t delayed. Great local company.

Charlie Hayes is a very friendly guy who got us the property. Mike and Sarah Jane have been helpful too.

GoogleI have both brought and sold through village properties twice, the most recent being just before Christmas, I always found everyone I dealt with to be fantastic. At a time when things were very stressful they were brilliant, not only were they professional, understanding & extremely helpful they went above and beyond, calls were returned straight away and we were always keep informed and in the loop. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Charlie Higgs, Mike Haas, Charlie Hayes and Sarahjane Smart were all equally amazing.

I was not living close to the property and Charlie & the team went above and beyond to help me on numerous things, I had some issues with the buyers - things were taking a long time and Sarahjane (administrator) helped me along every step of the way. I received a great service from all here and would certainly recommend them if you are looking to buy/ sell your property!
