GoogleVillage properties were always on time for appointments,they gave a detailed valuation and I was happy to give them instruction.They kept me well informed of all viewings and feedback.After negotiating extensively with a buyer on my behalf the sale was achieved.They were thoroughly professional throughout. I have dealt with many agents over the years and you have to go a long way to find a better one. When I do move again Village Properites will be my only choice......

I had confidence in the staff, the were incredibly honest and everything they predicted came through. On the sale of my last house, they had sold it within a week and for a price I was incredibly happy with. I would thoroughly recommend Village Properties to all.

GoogleAssisting a friend to move we found Village Properties a very professional selling and marketing team with a wide knowledge of the local market. They were informative at all times keeping us regularly updated on what was a difficult selling/purchasing chain. Always friendly and very supportive and frequently exceeded our expectations. They demonstrated enthusiasm and responsiveness during the whole cycle and were excellent value for money, along with their professional image in both their office premises and their staff. They were also excellent in liaising with all the third parties involved. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to other potential clients.

View AgentsGood Service, Professional but 1 issue was not handled properly
Village properties is a decent agency. They always acted professionally and responded quickly even on Sundays. So, in overall, we were happy with service with one exception! We repeatedly reported issues with the electricity in the kitchen area. The lights were flashing, four of our appliances (all in the kitchen area) became unusable within 3-4 months and we were replacing long-life bulbs every 2 months. All these issues were caused because of a faulty boiler (in the kitchen area) which was replaced only when it cracked. After the replacement of the boiler no issue was reported for more than 1 year. The damages caused to us could have been prevented if there was a thorough check before the boiler cracked. One way or another, we suffered damage that was not our fault. When we left the property, the agency rejected our claim to get refunded for the 4 appliances that we had to repurchase. The most frustrating part was that they acted like it didn’t happen using statements like “bad luck”. There are emails describing the problem and the damage when it happened.
