The staff are all welcoming, friendly and very professional, with an excellent knowledge of local and surrounding areas. They proved to be very helpful and efficient during both the sale and purchase of my properties. My sale property was advertised and promoted to a very high standard with ample viewings and feedback on every occasion. Regular updates were providedd and any issues, no matter how minor, were dealt with promptly. The same level of excellent service was received with the property I purchased. With such high level of professionalism, knowledge and friendlly atitude along with the enthusiam to assist I would have no doubt whatsoever in recommending Village Properties to anyone.

GoogleHave just sold my house using Village Properties. I went to them after using an online agent as I had had a bad time and was under serious time pressure to sell. They found a buyer within 4 weeks and helped me a lot with an extremely drawn out and stressful sale process. Easy to get hold of and provide a very personable service. Also their fee was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleSold our house on Oak Tree Road with Village Properties as non UK residents. In fact we bought the same house with them in 2009. We dealt with other agencies, but found that the Village are just more down to earth, friendly and gave more of a personalised service. Fees were very competitive and we sold quickly through them. Highly recommend Charlie and his team.
