We purchased Plot at the Hatters Chase, Sandymoor development. We were recently informed of structural defects (after 3yrs) in our property, that require us to vacate our home for 6 weeks or more, so remedial works can commence.

Great customer service from the team, we all kept on top of communications and managed to complete and move in a couple weeks ahead of schedule which is really positive. Moved in a month ago and really happy with our new home, only slight issues found on our scuff appointment/home demo which have been resolved. Had our check in a week later and raised one more mark we had missed and which the team are happy to resolve.

GoogleWaterlogged garden.Turf laid on clay soil. Everytime it rains grass and patio fills with water. Neighbours have the same issue. Mold developing behind front door after only 4 months of living here. Driveways are to narrow. When we moved in we were told the turf will be put down in 2 weeks but we waited 2 months and they finally did it middle of december, after we asked about it and complained several times, also them knowing we have a dog that couldn't go on the muddy garden.No one never came for inspections or asked if there were any problems to fix although we were told by them to expect someone to come for inspections.
