I recently bought my new home at Quantum Fields in Littleport. My initial experience with the estate agent when picking up the keys was really disappointing. It happened quickly on a very busy road, communication was difficult, and it just felt like a rushed "hello and goodbye" moment. I didn't expect flowers or champagne, but picking up the keys to your new home should be a special moment, and it felt really weak.

Clare couldn't have been more helpful, she spent around 2 hours with me to go through everything and made sure I was well informed. I also went back the following day to view again and was shown around by Stuart. He was lovely and again, so helpful. I have now reserved my Linden home and cannot thank Clare and Stuart enough for their help! 10/10 for customer service!
