I was very impressed with the design and layout of the homes and also the location of the site at Seaham Garden Village Phase 2.
I have also been very impressed so far with how courteous, helpful and accommodating the staff have been. In particular Tracey Tocker the Sales Executive on site. She is an asset to your business. I visited several other housebuilders and I found her to be by far the best to deal with. She has helped make the whole experience very smooth.

Very disappointed with the level of assistance you get after purchase. Especially within the legal department; it takes almost 4 months to get a response from them, and they then brush you off. No actual effort to help you with a simply enquiry.
Also, the ground maintenance company FirstPort are terrible. I would carefully consider buying a flat from TW. The whole situation has been a draining experience.

I'm very lucky to be pretty much snag free after a lot of stress to overturn many rejections. I was only successful because I could gather enough evidence against them, mainly because their contractors were so terrible. Some attempted to blame issues on me, some I had to have repeated investigations or third party opinions because of inconstancy in their reporting. For example, I was told my entranceway had been signed off by NHBC but there was no documentation, they attempted to reassure me with the CML but the date that was signed pre-dated the entranceway, and so they changed their excuse to it didn't need documentation. I tried reporting a manhole which was on the surface before completion but disappeared after completion to two TW staff but they told me there were no issues. The manhole was later found under my fencing. The fencers attempted to say they didn't know about the manhole but I managed to find security camera footage of them discovering it but concreted over it anyway. Groundworkers also put in wrong drain pipe and didn't connect it correctly. The groundworkers allegedly withheld this information but it was confirmed after a third party CCTV survey was conducted. I ended up with 4 ombudsman cases upheld/partially upheld against them. All awarded compensation, plus 3 required further work from TW. That's just a few examples of issues out of many I had.

They said it wasn’t there problem. Absolutely shocking customer service. This happened in 2024 and my flat was built in 2021.
