Vile company, they congratulate you on having a offer accepted and then allow gazumping with hours. They then try to get you into a bidding war, not to mention calling you a few weeks later. RECORD ALL YOUR CALLS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

absolutely insane. They want to see your bank statement just to view a property and they force to see your bank statement and they quote you the incorrect law when you challenge them. Do not use this company. Thats why the vendor has a low response rate. The agent rejects over 90% of viewers because no one wants to show their bank statements unless an offer will be made.
Hi Xiaomei, Thank you for your review. We are currently following Government advice in relation to viewings of properties so to restrict the number of physical viewings to serious buyers. Our company policy therefore, is to ensure that viewings are going ahead with serious buyers who have funds in place to purchase the property of interest. Proof of funds can be, a mortgage in principle, available funds for a cash purchase or confirmation that you have sold your property or have a sale agreed. Our policy has been well received by most of our buyers and our vendors, resulting in better quality viewings and a higher number of sales being received from viewings in a proceedable position rather than wasting time for buyers and sellers physically viewing properties that are unlikely to lead to a sale. However, if a buyer does not have proof of funds available, we are more than happy to offer a video viewing of the property that is of interest. Thanks, Craig Webster Managing Director Tiger Sales & Lettings

Want to see proof of funds for a sub Β£100k house before accepting any viewings. I wish the house was available to view via a different agent. Irony is this would be a cash purchase, chain free and all they've done is driven a genuine and potential buyer away.

Emailed over a property. No one got back to me, no one emailed, rang Preston brach to be told that property has been taken off the market now. No apology that blackpool had not responded just an awkward silence then I put the phone down. But I have got an email asking if I want my property valuing, just awful experience.NegativeResponsiveness
Hi Keiran, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, we really appreciate any constructive feedback. I am sorry that on this occasion your experience with us did not meet your requirements. Unfortunately, the property market has been moving very quickly with properties being sold or rented as soon as they are coming to the market. It is regrettable that it appears you were interested in a property that was no longer available, however, we will work on training with the sales team as we should have asked what you were looking for to see if there was anything else suitable that you would be interested in viewing. Please feel free to get back in touch as we would love the opportunity to resolve this issue and improve your customer experience in using Tiger Sales & Lettings. Kind Regards, Craig Webster Managing Director Tiger Sales & Lettings

Posting a review on behalf of a friend. Very rude and unprofessional staff who answer the phone. They cut you off mid sentence without allowing you to explain the reason for your call. After filling in the relevant paperwork, and request to view several properties, it's always the same response, either the property has gone,(which it hadnt the other day because we were told the current tenants were still in the property but were due to leave), or the staff have no idea who you are and have no paperwork despite a different member of staff telling you that they had received the paperwork a few days ago. All in all a very unprofessional service, with unpleasant and unprofessional staff. Avoid at all costs.NegativeProfessionalism

Fabulous experience with Ben the lettings manager. So approachable, helpful and professional. Always returns my calls and answers all questions. Jodie is also a superb member of staff, also very professional and excellent customer service. Ed too is a credit to Tiger. I am very happy with the quality of service from Tiger in all respects.

Myself and my partner rented a house from Tiger in December and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Natasha guided us through the whole process and kept us updated at all times. Thank you very much, excellent service

Everyone I have dealt with at Tiger has been polite and orofessional. Easy to get hold of and get back to you when they say they will. Excellent photos taken of my property and efficient handling of viewings which led to a quick sale. Very satisfied.

Ignore the poor reviews! I was looking for a reputable sales and lettings agent for my relocation back to the north west. A quick look at the negative reviews are mostly from people who don't understand the process of buying or indeed letting a property! My experience with Tiger Sales has been nothing short of exemplary. They were extremely responsive and managed to successfully answer all of my questions (of which there were many!), even offering me impartial advice when my offers on my favourite and subsequently second favourite houses were not accepted. Relocating has its own unique worries and challenges but Tiger made me feel like the most important person to them. Couldn't have done it without them. Fully recommend

I contacted Tiger Sales and Lettings to view a property I was interested in. I spoke with Jodie who was so helpful and made the whole first time viewing experience very enjoyable. Although I did not end up buying the property Jodie passed me on to an excellent solicitor who has pushed through my sale very quickly. I cannot thank Jodie and Tiger enough

Recently used Tiger Estates to purchase a property. They provided a great service throughout the whole process from initial viewings all the way to sale completion. Very friendly and helpful team who were understanding of my concerns and queries and made the whole process very smooth and quick. Can't fault them in any way and would definitely use them again.

A completely useless company
No wonder this incompetent, useless shower don't even have 3 stars! Pathetic, useless, inept are just 3 of the more polite words to describe this outfit. If you are buying, selling, renting then avoid this lot at all costs!!!!

Michelle was very helpful at Tiger Estates Blackpool
As a buyer Michelle was very helpful at the Tiger Estates Blackpool Office. Property enquries were answered very promptly and professionally and the property booking/viewing process was very efficient. I've deducted 1 star due to the agents property descriptions stating that properties were immaculate and very well presented...sadly upon viewing said properties they were far from immaculate :(

Had a offer accepted and then gazumped mid-process.
Disgusting experience as a prospective buyer. I had a offer on a house accepted over the asking price (even congratulated for it funnily enough). I also got sent a email with no information to state the above either. As a result, I got a solicitor etc ready ASAP and was told there was a 'higher offer' less than 18 hours later. They then used their sales tactics to try and get me into a bidding war which would then artificially inflate the price and the egos of everyone involved, so I didn't out of principal. I am really unsure why they would accept a offer, get me to commit to a solicitor and then screw me over like that? Speaking to a friend who's also been looking to buy previously, this seems to be a common occurrence for Tiger Estates, as he had similar happen to him, but I didn't know of this beforehand, or would have treaded with caution or avoided completely. I like to try businesses regardless of their bad reviews, but in this case I can see that the bad reviews clearly appear to be warranted. I hope the estates agent are happy with their with their few extra quid and 2 of my days wasted. Unfortunately given the monopolistic nature of some estate agents, fortunately much so less nowadays, our paths may begrudgingly have to cross again in future. I have not used my real name for this review, but I can assure those reading that it's a accurate representation of my recent experience with this company.

Don`t list Your Property For Sale
Just called to arrange a viewing on a property with a view to buying to let. Told them I was a cash buyer with nothing to sell. They told me I had to forward a bank statement showing funds available! If you`re thinking of selling with them, don`t,you`ll be missing lots of opportunities from potential buyers.

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, awful estate and lettings agent. AVOID. I am a landlord and wouldn't touch them with a barge pole and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Far better local agents in Blackpool. Do not use.

Hi Jimmy, It has been good to chat with you since this review was left and I am looking forward to working with you moving forward. It is unfortunate that on the initial call, my team did not meet your expecations but I am sure additional training and development will ensure that we will meet your expectations in the future. As agreed the housing market at the moment is very active and busy with sales being agreed on properties all the time and in instances above asking price within hours of coming to market, which was the underlying issue on your initial call that the property you were interested in had a sale agreed. Nevertheless, I have sent over to you another superb property that I feel meets your requirements of size, price and location, which hopefully, we can get you to view and hopefully, will result in you buying. Kind Regards, Craig Webster Managing Director Tiger Sales & Lettings

I wanted to view a property inβ¦
I wanted to view a property in Blackpool and was told I had to provide proof of funds BEFORE a viewing no other estate agent has ever requested this before a viewing. Within 10 mins of me providing this was told it was sold.Very unimpressive.

Rubbish Estate Agent
To be honest I wouldnβt give Tiger Agency Blackpool a star. Our offer was accepted on a property, we then had a mortgage in place and our solicitors started the paperwork. Two weeks down the line we had an email to say that someone has put a higher offer on the property weeks after and want us to match. This giving us the impression that they carried on with viewings after our offer was accepted (very unprofessional and no morals). They did turn around and say that these people viewed the house same day but only put an offer in two weeks after, morally the agency should have said something and explained an offer was accepted. We explained that we are not changing our offer as it was accepted. We explained how un professional this is and our agency certainly wouldnβt allow this as they were disappointed. Their response was not sympathetic and they came across as they didnβt care at all that they were allowing gazumping to occur. What made it even worse was that once we said that we are not getting into a bidding war over a property when our offer was accepted in the first place, we then got an email to say that if we do want to increase at any point to call, almost giving the impression they are willing to do another couple or family over again. All about the commission it appears and they donβt give a care in the world about their clients.

Never reply to my emails and phone calls, I would never sell a property with this company.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Hi Craig, Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate any constructive feedback whether positive or negative, so this helps us improve. We do have multiple ways in which people can contact us as we do appreciate that sometimes the phone lines can be busy, which is why we are also, available by email, our website and social media platforms, as well as our local offices also being available to call in person. We are aware that some response times have not met our own expectations due to staff shortages across the company as a result of self isolating requirements. However, once we are back to full capacity, I am confident that our response times will improve. Thank you once again for taking the time to provide feedback.
