They chased solicitors. They answered questions. They solved the many problems the solicitors caused. They liased all up and down the chain and made a very stressful time far more manageable. GoogleWe carnt thank think enough . 2 terraced houses one in Haydock and one in Warrington both sold within weeks of going on the market . One completed in just under 5 months and one completed in 3 months . All the team were amazing but Matt was our main guy we dealt with on both our houses and he bent over backwards to help and sort out all issues and made the sale really easy and hassle free . We’re in our for ever home but if needed to it he think we call on to sell
