GoogleI chose Think as the letting agent for a flat that I have just off Crow Lane. Jade looks after my account. Recently, some of the windows needed re-sealing on the outside. I had paid for this to be done on the other aspect a few years ago. Jade advised me that the building management company should take care of this repair in return for the service charge that owners pay. Having experienced how difficult it is to even contact these people, let alone get them to do something to my advantage, I thought this was an optimistic hope. Jade offered to take care of it for me and she did it, they even repaired the decoration on the inside. Awesome, Jade - you're a star.
Thanks Abe, always great to work with you

GoogleMatt at Think (Haydock) has been so helpful on my first time buyer journey... and what a long journey it was, due to an extensive chain and lengthy back and forth between solicitors. Matt kept me informed and explained various situations along the way. I am grateful for his never-give-up attitide and trust in the process! Thanks so much for all your help Matt, and for my Moving-in Day pack of goodies!

GoogleCan’t thank Jade and Scott enough for the work they did helping us find our perfect home, we were starting to give up on looking after months of viewings with other agents and no results. We viewed 2 houses with Think and after the second house viewing we’ve received the keys to our new home. Thanks so much Scott and Jade you’re such an asset to your company!

GoogleSo far, so very good. As a first time landlord I signed with Think a few weeks ago and I cannot fault the service I have received. In particular Jade has been a pleasure to deal with. She has shown excellent communication, knowledge and organisation right from the off. Think secured a tenant a week after I completed on the property. So I am very happy with the service they have provided in the time I have been with them.

GoogleOur contact for the property we purchased which was marketed by Think Estate Agency was Matthew Smith... he was amazing and a credit to the company! He kept us up to date throughout the sale and helped chase issues and delays up & down the chain. He returned our calls and emails the same day, and was on hand to offer advice as and when we needed it. We really did rely on him in every way, and appreciated all his help. We wished we had chosen Think to sell our property rather than the agency we went with who were absent throughout. I'd highly recommend Think estate agency :-)

GoogleAfter having my property up for sale with another agent I changed to THINK! This was the best decision I made. After discussing the way forward with Jack , I was allocated Matt as my contact. Matt was fantastic, I was notified of every viewing and given all the feedback from these. They actively marketed the house to people who they thought would be interested. The house was sold within weeks of going up for Sale with them. The process from then on was seamless and quick. I was kept informed during this process too. They made sure there was no delays either end and we completed very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again. Top of their field - without question.
