GoogleMatt at Think helped my buy my new property. He was always there to answer any questions and reassure me along the emotional rollercoaster. Matt always kept in touch with updates. Really appreciated Matt’s help.

GoogleExcellent Service "top notch" From start to finish of the process, Think's full team were there to guide, advise and help. Always polite and professional. Having sold a couple of properties, one very quick and straight forward and another more problematic, eg sale fell through, changes in legal documents, Matt was there throughout all the fore's and woes to direct and guide solicitors to speed up all the processes to ensure the property went over the line the second time. Note: If your thinking of selling, don't do anything until you have spoken to the team at Think. Highly recommended and professional

GoogleOnly quick at asking for rent but it should be paid on time anyway. They try so hard to keep the property in good condition and are supportive in all issues. My contact Jade always returns my calls and try’s to keep me pleased cause I am a bit of a moaner. I will always recommend THINK estate agents especially the rental team

GoogleI've been very pleased with the service I've received from Think. They were thorough in their tenant checks and are excellent at keeping me informed. Things are acted on very quickly which is great for both myself and my tenants. I would recommend Think which is a family run, local business.

GoogleWe have been working with Jade and the team at Think now for 12 months and couldn't be happier. From start to finish renting out our property has been a breeze with thorough vetting helping us to find the right tenants. Jade has been absolutely brilliant and there's nothing that is too much trouble. Jade is very efficient, gets back to any enquiries we have very quickly, is very friendly and polite and gets the job done. We couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend Jade and the Think team.
