GoogleI had the privilege of working with Russ as my letting agent, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and dedication to his role. Russ guided me through the entire rental process, ensuring I had a clear understanding of each step and providing valuable insights into the local housing market. What truly set him apart was his willingness to go the extra mile; not only did he help me secure a fantastic rental property, but he also took the time to help me move in, sharing recommendations for nearby restaurants and parks that greatly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a smooth and enjoyable renting experience.

GoogleMy partner and I have just bought our first home with the help of Think Estate Agents. It’s been a lengthy process, but Sharon McKay has been really helpful from the day we viewed the property up until the completion date. Sharon was always on hand to answer phone calls and emails and was really helpful with communication between the parties, ensuring everything went through before our mortgage offer expired. We’re really grateful for all of your help Sharon, and we highly recommend Think Estate Agents 😊

GoogleWhere can I start? We have been in our property now since February 2021. A lot of work needed doing with the house with false and empty promises from the original estate agents that we were with, we were left feeling deflated on the whole situation after fighting for the problems to resolved we were on the hunt for a new house. At the end of may 2023 I had been contacted by Jade to advise that THINK had taken over our tenancy agreement and Jade organised for a visit to go over our concerns regarding the property. Within a month Jade was all over the repairs which were no fault of our own and had them resolved in no time. I honestly can’t recommend Jade enough. All the repairs have now been completed and our house is finally feeling like a home and this could not have been done with out Jade. Thank you so much.
