GoogleHaving just purchased a property I experienced fantastic service from Think. Matt was brilliant keeping me updated regularly, really easy to get in contact with him using WhatsApp too. Any questions I had about the property went back to the seller and were communicated back to me within the hour. Matt also arranged additional visits to the property when requested, really nice guy and he was happy to help as much as possible. I would recommend Think to anyone. Thank you very much😀

GoogleI had a very nice experience with them. They are very helpful and responsive. I rented a semi-detached house with them, and Jade helped me out all through the progress. This was my first UK rental property, and I had a lot of questions and unfamiliarity with everything , but Jade was always there supporting, explaining, and helping. The whole team never was late for help or a reply when I needed it. Thanks, THINK estate, and special thanks to Jade.

GoogleWe have just moved into our dream home, which we purchased through Think Estate Agents. We also sold our former home through them. I can highly recommend Think to sell or buy through. They were very professional throughout. I was impressed with Jack's photography and video of our house, and he was very complimentary. Their marketing strategy works great. Matthew managed both our sale and purchase and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He made sure we were updated regularly, and he helped push things when required. He was very proactive. We also dealt with Sharon, who negotiated our sale, and she was great in getting us a price we were happy with. They are competitively priced, and we're local to me, which helped when having to provide documentation. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling.

GoogleI was struggling to find a house to rent. But think estate made it all so easy for me, very responsive to all my queries and then finally found a perfect place. Now it’s been almost 3 months. The whole team is very cooperative and helpful. Maintenance team is absolute hands on, if there is any problem, they will get it fixed straight away. I would recommend THINK ESTATE always and forever.

GoogleI can honestly say that the customer service is the best ever. Sharon has been simply amazing. I cannot fault her level of service. Unlike most estate agents, I have had the rare pleasure of being able to get straight through on the phones everytime that I call. I have been kept fully updated throughout my process and Sharon has been incredibly transparent and not tried to over or under sell the property. All the information given has been clear, fair, factual and appropriate. The best experience I’ve had on my buying journey so far. I would 100% recommend vendors and landlords to use this agent as their people skills and professionalism are faultless. Massive well done. 🙂

She did a great job, was so warm and friendly on the phone and in person and had loads of knowledge to share with us of the local area. Couldn't praise her high enough. GoogleRecently moved into a house with my Mum and my Brother under this estate agents. These estate agents have been so helpful and supportive throughout the moving process, buying and selling of the house. I would highly recommend using these estate agents when selling your home. We sold our house through Purplebricks and they did not provide support throughout the whole process particularlywhen we needed it most. I will definitely be using THINK estate agents in the near future, when the time arises

My completion date kept getting put back which was really stressful and Sharon went above and beyond to communicate with solicitors etc . Well, I'll tell you, it was so memorable that even Sharon couldn't believe it! I had the pleasure of working with Katy and her team in my quest to find the perfect home. Let me just say, they made house hunting feel like a breeze, or more like a hilarious rollercoaster ride! You know, the kind that makes you laugh and scream at the same time. Katy, oh Katy, she remembered my phone number like it was the secret ingredient to the best chocolate cake in town. I swear, she could recall my number faster than I could remember my own. It was like having a human Rolodex that always seemed to have my back. I mean, if I ever forget my own number, I know who to call, right? And then there's Sharon. Sweet Sharon, who was just as delightful as a freshly baked batch of cookies. She was the yin to Katy's yang, the peanut butter to her jelly. They made the dream team! Sharon added a sprinkle of extra fun to the mix, and I swear, her laughter is infectious. I mean, you couldn't have a bad day with Sharon around. She even made the paperwork process seem like a stand-up comedy routine. We were laughing so hard, I almost forgot I was buying a house! GoogleI have used Think Estate Agents to both purchase a property by at auction and to sell a property by standard sale. Think Estate Agents are at the forefront using latest technology to source buyers efficiently, and my property was sold quickly. The legal process was slow but my contact Sharon McKay kept me updated along the way and did everything she could to keep the process moving as fast as possible. I can recommend Think without hesitation.

GoogleThink estate agents in newton sold my house for me twice, 😀first buyers pulled out but then they found me another buyer within a week. Matt , Sharon, and all the team were brilliant from start to finish👍kept me updated and the solicitors regularly and gave really good advice. Everyone knows buying and selling houses can be so stressful and I can get very anxious and worried about things but Matt was so patient and tolerant of my rants and worries , 😂🤣😂I’m not just saying this but I would 100% recommend Think at Newton le willows 😀better than any other estate agent I’ve ever dealt with .Well done guys 👏👏👏👏👏

GoogleWe’ve just completed a sale and purchase through THINK, and everyone from start to finish was amazing, although we especially worked with Sharon for the majority of it and have to say the whole service was incredible. Sharon was always responsive, detailed in the info she gave us and always pushed to get things done in a timely manner, despite a few hiccups that were out of ours and her control along the way. I’d highly recommend using THINK estate agents.

GoogleThink were great from start to finish. Super fast to get our property live and the quality of the photos and video was really good. Everyone we spoke to was great but Sharon looked after us throughout and was fantastic in keeping us up to date. At stressful times when solicitors weren’t engaging as we’d have hoped Sharon stepped in to take control and have us the reassurance we needed. Would highly recommend!
