GoogleI cannot recommend the Property Hive more highly! Throughout the entire process of purchasing my property, the lovely team kept me so well informed and supported me throughout. Even on completion day when I had no phone signal or Wi-Fi, they welcomed me to their office and provided me with everything I needed. Fantastic team and outstanding service!

GoogleSylvia and the team at The Property Hive Doncaster are amazing at what they do. I have previously purchased a property from them, sold a property with them and are now in the process of selling another property with them… so I can certainly give them 5 stars for their incredible service! Each and every member of staff I have encountered with my numerous contacts to the office have been very professional and equally as personable. They communicate in an open, clear and honest way and are brilliant at giving frequent updates. I will continue to use The Property Hive Doncaster for future house sales and would recommend others to do the same. * Updated now our house is under offer*. Thank you to Abbie and Katie for getting our property under offer. They have both worked incredibly hard to secure us a buyer and have kept us updated all along our journey so far. GoogleUpdate 2023, we've started the process of selling our home as our son is moving out (not surprisingly buying a home listed by The Property Hive). Sylvia came around to do the valuation as she did with the last house and once again the service was first class and we were very pleasantly surprised by the actual valuation price. We're hoping our next dream property is one of their customers as they are such a pleasure to deal with. 2024 update is undoubtedly coming :) 2022 Sylvia came out to give us a valuation on our old empty house, great service and happy with the valuation. House sold on the 3rd viewing and with a bit of negotiating got the full asking price. The sale took a bit longer than expected all down to the buyers solicitors and once again the team where regularly chasing all parties up and ensured things moved as quickly as possible. 2021 We've been dealing with Chloe (in the main) as buyers for a property. Our solicitors have been pretty tardy throughout this process but Property Hive been great at informing us where the sellers solicitors are at so can can chase ours up and try to speed up the process. Polite, efficient and always at hand with advice when needed. They definitely look after all parties involved and would have no hesitation using these guys when we eventually sell our current abode. GoogleJames was amazing whilst I was selling my home. He was always on hand when I had any questions and provided me updates on my buyer’s position throughout. To top it all I got the price I wanted. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

They have kept good regular contact with myself and a very quick in their responses. I have also visited the estate agent and the staff. There are very nice and friendly. GoogleWe decided to sell our Property with a national estate agent, where we received only one viewer in the first 3 months of signing up with them. We then decided to try a local estate agent and chose ‘The Property Hive’ we are so glad we did. Lucy came to take our photos, we were quickly sent them to approve, we were very pleased with them, and they showed our home off beautifully. During the course of the sale we met the rest of the team at the office at Bessacarr, Queen Bee -Lorraine and her buzzy little Bees: Abbey, Louise, Lucy, Katie, Silvia. It was immediately obvious that the ladies were a very happy team, and a ‘hive’ of activity, but at the same time, all having time to to greet us and introduce themselves. We were sent many viewers over the course of the sale, and within a relatively short time we had our first offer, which we unfortunately had to refuse, within a short time after this we were given full asking price offer, and accepted. We have since then as the sale progressed, been well looked after by The Property Hive and the dedicated onward team members, including Lorraine -who is very ‘hands on’ -and we were kept well into the loop, especially throughout one or two little hitches, which were quickly handled, right up to our Sale being handed over to our Solicitor to go forward to Exchange (02/11/23) and Completion (03/11/23) We have been very happy with The property Hive, and we have no hesitation in recommending them. >UPDATE …. 02/11/23 < Tragedy struck today -on day of EXCHANGE!!-(through NO fault of our agents) -The first time buyer at bottom of the chain decided NOT to carry on to Exchange 02/11/23 so all back to square one. >UPDATE…03/11/23 FRIDAY afternoon.
