GoogleLouise was rude, never sent me updates and lied when I asked about passing messages on. I constantly felt she put pressure on my to sell my house with them and when I decided I didn’t want to do that she completely stopped communicating. Please go else where and don’t put your self through the upset I have.

GoogleThe whole experience of dealing with the good folks at The Property Hive has been enriching in establishing the essence of good customer service. Jo has been my contact at TPH for a very long time it took to get the property sold (due to solicitor issues and nothing to do with TPH). Not once did I feel any drop in the enthusiasm with which they approached the whole transaction. I am thankful for the timely checks and help they have provided at every stage of the sale. GoogleSo far very good! Happy to pay slightly more as photographs and the 3D Tour done by Lucy are excellent. Sylvia who does the valuations is great! All staff seem friendly and communication has been very good which is important! Got on the market very quickly, viewing just over a week after first contact. Just need some offers now!

Having just put our house on the market we have found that most of the properties we have viewed so far are with 'The Hive'... a lovely company to deal with... in the office and out on viewings... Arthur and Liz have been more than accommodating with days and times of our viewings and closely followed up by Kate Dale in the Office based in Bessacarr... always nice to deal with people who are friendly and helpful... thank you😊

In what was incredibly stressful in many other ways, TPH were an absolute joy to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout, they were a beacon of light in an otherwise fairly bleak process. I was most impressed by how proactive they were, providing regular updates, issuing milestones in real time and never had to be chased. GoogleWell what can I say....firstly....what a lovely company, we seen a house for sale with Hive, enquired and not looked back since. From first communication and may I add quite a few revisits to the same house for viewings, we have found that the staff are very friendly and accommodating, kept us up to date with every little detail, and may I add we are only half way through our sale. Lorraine, I think she's the manageress, and her staff are impeccable, they are always on the end of the phone, if anything crops up, they are straight onto the matter, big or small, Hive are doing a fabulous job so far and I'm sure it won't be long before we are in, so a big Thank you Lorraine and staff, you are simply the best, u look forward to finishing the sale and giving an even better update, Kind regards, Mrs Smith xx
