I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!

He then was able to get another viewing of a property we had seen sometime earlier. This suited our needs perfectly.

GoogleI wanted to share my experience with Hive and Partners to provide some feedback to them. I have spoken with them before and had a fantastic experience.
I called them to book a property valuation for my 2 bed leasehold flat in Bournemouth, I was very open and honest regarding the property details, and they seemed more than enthusiastic to come and talk to me and value the property.
When the agent arrived all seemed well, we had a discussion regarding the property being in the middle of redecorating and the carpets needing to be replaced, perfectly normal things.
I was then told that Hive and Partners are moving away from operating in the Bournemouth area, specifically leasehold flats, and are more focused on Wareham, Ferndown and Ringwood.
None of these points are issues, but it would have been preferable had this information been told to me over the phone during our initial conversation, as I wouldn't have gone through with organising a valuation.
What did leave me unsettled was the seemingly judgemental "feedback" I received. I have spoken to other estate agents in the area with their extensive knowledge and we were confident on the valuation received at £180,000 from them.
I was then told "you would be lucky to get that price, maybe £170,00" which was delivered in quite a flippant and judgemental tone. Obviously variations in valuation is to be expected, but to be given it in such a flippant, judgemental and blunt manner was not an acceptable experience.
I hope this experience isn't the standard, and it may just be the individual I spoke to on that particular day. Regardless of the fact that my property is not a 5 bed mansion in Sandbanks, it is still my home. To be quite frankly judged on it was not a pleasant experience and hopefully not one someone else has to go through.
I was given honest feedback at the time that Hive wouldn't be the best estate agent for my needs which I appreciated! I am glad they didn't try and convince me to go with them when we both came to the conclusion it wouldn't be the best partnership.
I won't hold this against the individual, or the company, I am sure Hive and Partners are extremely pleasant to deal with, especially based on other reviews.
I just hope my experience can be taken on board.

GoogleWe received outstanding service from James Evans at Hive & Partners during what was a tricky and pressured sale. He picked up the pieces after we’d had two disastrous sales fall through with a high street agent (who couldn’t have been more disinterested).
James was positive and proactive from the first time we met, unlike the other agents that seemed to just drone on about how awful the market was! His creative and pragmatic approach meant we quickly found the right buyers, and also kept the transaction on track after the chain collapsed a few days before Christmas.
