GoogleDo not be fooled by this estate agent’s description of their properties. False advertising at its finest. This property is advertised as minutes away from sandbanks beach when in actual fact it is over an hours walk away, if you were to drive to sandbanks it would take you a week as the traffic is ridiculous, especially in the summer months, also this property is opposite the courts and the old run down civic centre which has problems with drug users and thieves loitering in the area.
The traffic is horrendous outside this property, which they are not showing the view from the front of the property, constant traffic noise and pollution.
Ashley cross is not a village as they proclaim, again a built up congested area.
In a nutshell this property is not what they advertise it to be, unfortunately the area is not as nice as it once was. To many greedy property developers building in every tiny space.
Also the large blue property next to these two plots has been sold and that will no doubt be knocked down and have 2-3 high new builds built there towering over this property blocking sunlight and having no privacy whatsoever. Absolutely shocking that they are asking for over a million for this. No thanks you would have to pay me to move in there.

We are very sorry if you found our listing to be misleading. We wanted to address some of your concerns that you have highlighted.
1. The property is situated 3.1 miles from Sandbanks beach, which based on Google Maps, would take approximately 9 minutes to drive and 1 hour six minutes to walk. Your claim that "it would take you a week" is somewhat inaccurate.
With regard to the Courts being opposite, yes this is a fact that with very little research a prospective buyer can find out. In order to assist with this research, we provide a very clear map for people to review on all of our advertising. In addition, there are pictures on our listing clearly showing the court opposite.
2. "The traffic is horrendous outside this property, which they are not showing the view from the front of the property, constant traffic noise and pollution."
We have not hidden the fact that this property is on Sandbanks Road, in fact we have gone as far as to provide drone imagery of the overall area which shows the civic centre and the road outside of the properties. In the picture you will see there is traffic - it’s a busy road, we can’t and wouldn't hide it.
3. "Ashley cross is not a village as they proclaim, again a built-up congested area."
Ashley Cross is often referred to as a village due its community feel. Bustling with boutique shops, trendy bars, patisseries, coffee shops and fashionable eateries.

There are currently no planning applications showing this claim. Again, this is misleading and inaccurate.

You are entitled to you opinion of course - but you are correct, we wouldn't pay you to move in there - that's a bit of a strange business model if we did!
We have also checked our database and can see that you have made no attempt to book a viewing.
