Today we viewed a property with Finlay and he was fantastic - even when faced with an alarm that they were told wouldn't be set went off (very very loudly 😅) he remained calm and quickly solved the issue and continued to show us around the property. Whether we decide to sell or rent out our current property we will definitely be using these guys for the job. We have viewed around 30 properties so far this year and this company have been the best to deal with throughout!

we have viewed a few of your properties & all have been to a high standard & priced according & there was no pushy sales or continuous harassment like other agents
you can also book viewings to their properties without the hassle of waiting for their office hours its all online which is another excellent feature. lorraine & liz have really stood out to myself & my husband they have been extremely helpful & support no pushing of sales & have gone above & beyond their roles, we’ve had an outstanding customer experience with them & we would highly recommend.

I had a very bad experience with Robinson’s, my house was for sale for 16 months with them with around 8 viewings.
I swapped to Hive and within a week my house had sold with others interested.
Queen Bee was excellent as were all the other workers bees I had contact with.
Excellent service, cheerful, polite, efficient and THEY SELL HOUSES, there’s quite a buzz about the place.

GoogleWe received outstanding service from James Evans at Hive & Partners during what was a tricky and pressured sale. He picked up the pieces after we’d had two disastrous sales fall through with a high street agent (who couldn’t have been more disinterested).
James was positive and proactive from the first time we met, unlike the other agents that seemed to just drone on about how awful the market was! His creative and pragmatic approach meant we quickly found the right buyers, and also kept the transaction on track after the chain collapsed a few days before Christmas. James was so easy to work with, professional, and his communication couldn’t be bettered. Never just took anything at face value when chasing down the other solicitors/agents in the chain. On top of that, the marketing materials and social media promotion were a level above anything else we’ve seen and really did our property justice.
We highly recommend James @ Hive to anyone considering marketing their property. We would not hesitate to use him next time. Thanks for keeping us sane James!
