Poor and misleading descriptions of property.
Inadequately trained staff, ask for a named staff and you'll get the reply.."they are no longer with us!"
Will ask you to send over bank statements along with passports only to ask for them again and again!
Makes you wonder if your personal information is safe and protected by data laws with this company!
Which leads me clearly to believe that's there is something very ominous going on here...
The reviews posted on here cannot truly reflect the negative impact of this branch in full, majority of the reviews written are no older than 8 months max
Why not give them a Test call and find out for your self, oh but that would be a waste of a phone call, definitely no honey in this hive as the only thing you will find is a Bee sting.

He offered me to wait next 7 days for another appointment. Joke. Very unprofessional and rude, taking into account that they have sold one property for me before.

I am a returning landlady who was more than happy with the first time the Hive managed the property and this was during covid which made it harder to ensure tenants were looking after the property and able to pay the rent with furlough affecting many peoples ability to pay at that time.

GoogleThe Property Hive team have done a great job of selling my house. The house went on the market at a time when the property market was starting to struggle so this made the situation difficult. Add in the fact that they had to deal with the two house owners that were divorcing made this a volatile situation for all. Louise was our main contact and she did a great job of keeping me informed and being upfront, open and honest to ensure I fully understood where the sale was at. Unfortunately two sales fell through at no fault of the Hive team but now the house is sold I couldn't be happier. We sold our house within two weeks, after another four our Buyer pulled out, but within a day Jo found us another Buyer, we have moved houses within six weeks from that day. GoogleFrom the moment they picked up the phone the experience selling my property through The Property Hive has been excellent. The house was given a realistic valuation and the viewings rolled in, once offers started to come in the team were on hand to give advice and opinions and it really felt like they were on my side - not always the case with estate agents. The sales was progressed by the in-house team, keeping in touch with everyone and keeping me well I formed at all stages. I have to admit I was concerned when engaging a local agent vs a known national brand, although I shouldn't have been! This team is small enough to care but big enough to cope and I have no problem with recommending them!
