It is not free to remove your property from the market after the contract expires as previously informed by Sylvia.
When you finally get your contract, please ensure you read the detail.

GoogleFrom my first visit to the Hive property office at Nostell Place I knew I had chosen the right estate agents to deal with my house sale. Tanya, in the office, was very friendly & welcoming & explained the sales process then arranged for the valuer to call at a time & date suitable to me.
Sylvia (valuer) visited me at home & immediately put me at ease & is very knowledgeable about the local area & makes you feel a very valued client. A suitable time & date was arranged for the photographer to call to take the property photos & video footage.
Lucy, the photographer, arrived on time & explained the order of taking the photos/video & immediately got on with the job. When she was finished, we then went through the sales contract & I was also told who would be my personal point of contact in the office & that if I had any problems or concerns not to hesitate to contact them.
The staff at Hive Property certainly know how to treat clients & their customer service is impeccable. I know I have made the right decision in choosing Hive instead of an invisible online estate agent.

From start to finish I have had a great experience from the first interaction with Sylvia their valuer to having my expert photos done by Lucy to negotiating a suitable tenant in a swift manor by Lorraine.
Lorraine found me the perfect tenant and completed all the paperwork and chased documents to ensure a speedy move in.
What a great company to work with, just give them your keys and they will take full control and get things moving without the hassle of me being involved.

Since instructing the property hive a tenant was found within 2 weeks. The process has been absolutely fantastic with Nick! He has arranged all the necessary checks and paperwork efficiently and is always on the other end of the phone if i ever needed anything. The whole process has been efficient and virtually stress free so i would highly recommend using the property hive for your rentals - thank you to the team!
