We used Matt to sell our property, and have been very pleased. Communication has been great throughout - personally for me, I opted to use WhatsApp, but Matt would have been fine with phone, email etc. The marketing material was seriously decent stuff. The book that was made for selling our house was very special with amazing photos taken too, along with a video.
