I booked The Property Hive for our first valuation considering arranging other agents also , however , after meeting Sylvia for our first appointment I had no doubt that we would be instructing The Property Hive to act for us for our sale . Property Hive recently assisted in letting out my first buy to let property and are now fully managing the property. Steph and Liz have been very helpful, getting the property tenanted quickly, and communicating well since managing the tenancy. I've seen plenty of other houses up for sale via the Property Hive, so I thought I'd give them a call. If you're looking for friendly, honest, straight forward and most importantly knowledgeable estate agents then I recommend The Property Hive. Sylvia came to do our house evaluation and made an excellent impression on me, explained how the process work and the fee clearly, with no hidden charges unlike the other estate agent I dealt with previously and even recommended some local conveyancing companies we could use - no pushing. The next thing was the photos and virtual tour (which no other agents do in Doncaster) which was arranged really quickly and happened the next day (so no having to keep the house immaculate for weeks!). Lucy came to do this, again very friendly and explained the full process and was done in 40 minutes. They will arrange and attend the viewings all in one day so which is brilliant for us as we have a young family. Thoroughly recommend The Property Hive.

The Property Hive were incredible in getting us through our sale and purchase. They quickly came out and valued the property (demonstrating their understanding of the market), used their technical wizardry to add a video of the house to their website, (making selling during a pandemic much easier) and supported us when making choices when offers came in. Chloe Frost has supported us through the prolonged process (no fault of the Hive) by chasing people down throughout and always being cheerful, happy to help and most importantly great at her job. There are not enough stars to represent how good these agents are, having dealt with a number previously, dealing with the Hive is a breath of fresh air. As landlords we used Hive to rent out a house in the past, which was handled very professionally by Steph for us and now we're in the process of selling a fully refurbished home via Hive with the help of Louise. Can not fault this estate agents at all! We had our house valued within 2 days the property was on the market within an hour of our property being on the market it had viewings booked! There has been houses on my estate that have been up for sale for 2 years with other company’s so i decided to go with the hive as i had seen property’s around me sell instantly i didn’t even get quotes of other company’s! I DO NOT regret it at all.
