GoogleA very friendly and efficient service from all of the staff. We truly recommend Hive property services, having used them to sell a property for us 17/11/20. It’s nice these days not to have to chase people who are working for you, on the contrary they did all the chasing and reported back keeping us up to date regularly.

GoogleIf you are selling your property choosing The Property Hive will make the process very easy.The way they market & the way they keep you informed of everything on a regular basis is first class.They are a very friendly company who puts the customer first whether buying or selling helping you every step of the way.What they don't know they will find out very efficiently. I would definitely recommend as you will not get a better service.

GoogleI cant praise Hive enough, we had one day to do a lot of viewings as we had travelled quite a distance and was only in Doncaster for the day, Arthur from Hive was an absolute star, nothing was too much trouble for him. All the staff that we had dealings with were very professional and you could tell they enjoyed their work. Thank you for everything you did...you went over and above other agents we have had dealings with, will definately use you again next year...........many thanks

GoogleFlawless from start to finish. I used The Property Hive's tennant find service for a buy to let property. Nick firstly talked me through the service they provided and answered all of my silly questions. Then when I had decided to go with them, Steph guided me through the rest of the process from advertising to setting up the let. They let me be as involved as I wanted through the whole process and their advice has been invaluable. They have even followed up with me since to check that I am happy. I will definitely use The Property Hive again.

GoogleI would like to say although this was not actually our estate agent it was our purchases agents. From the initial onset links were quickly established with them. The service we received was exceptional and communication was excellent with weekly calls and emails regarding updates on the sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Special thanks to Lorraine Hempsall who’s service from the beginning to completion was exemplary. Five stars everyone.

GoogleI dont know where to start! I'm just glad I found Property hive when I did. Having been disappointed by 2 estate agents I was ready for giving in, having seen Property hives virtual tour I thought id give them one last shot. Right from sylvia coming out they have done as they said they would. Theyve been honest & reliable throughout. It didn't take long for viewings & offers to start coming in, nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the girls in the office. When you call they instantly know who you are and your Property, which makes it much more personal. I wouldnt of felt comfortable leaving my sale in the hands of just my solicitor, property hive have kept me updated and been there every step of the way. Cant thank them enough, they are the only ones that made the process less stressful. The virtual tour was a massive plus during lockdown too. Highly RECOMMEND Property hive! Thankyou to Suzannah, Michelle & Chloe and all of the team for everything xxx Amazing customer service!!

GoogleI must say The Property Hive is probably the best estate agents in the South Yorkshire region, so professional in everything they do, Silvia came out to our property, gave us a very strong valuation with plenty of evidence to back up the price she gave us, super friendly and professional, gets straight to the point, we had another estate agent come and value our property which was very amusing as we got it valued 35k less than what Silvia gave us with 0 evidence to back up his valuation. Silvia is clearly very well educated about the property market which so much dedication to her job, answers the phone to all my calls answered every question we had, The house was STC for asking price within 3 days of Silvia coming which we couldn’t believe! So Thankyou so much for all your hard work and effort!!

GoogleThe team at The Property Hive have been brilliant from start to finish as always. This time we were letting a property for the first time with them. Previously we’ve managed the process ourselves but with all the legislation involved now we thought it best to let a professional Estate Agent manage the process and advise on everything that needed to be in place. The Property Hive and Steph were there for us every step of the way from valuation to property let. All completed in just 7 days. The Property Hive do the photos, marketing, viewings and then the credit checks, referencing and right to rent. They will also ensure the EPC, Gas Safety and Electrical Condition Report are all done if required. We were notified of the viewings and the people who were interested. Once the viewings were completed we then had a discussion around the best candidates with the ultimate decision being ours (Steph’s advice was valuable) All in all a great service from a great team!

GoogleWe’ve had such a great experience with Hive, after viewing many properties, losing out on quite a few too! We found them to be so helpful, especially when a property we’d previously missed out on came back on the market, they immediately called us & we are now very close to completing the sale. The communication has been brilliant to keep both sides informed throughout which, i feel, is key to reduce any stress during the process.
