GoogleMy partner and I are buying our first home and have been dealing with Louise from the beginning. She has been extremely helpful and even when things weren’t looking great she helped us massively to get the sale back on track. Couldn’t speak highly enough of Louise and the rest of the team and would definitely recommend them to others.

GoogleIf you’ve never dealt with The Property Hive I can tell you they’re hands down, the best estate agent you’ll ever deal with or could even wish for! On the one hand, it’s the most relaxed, friendly family vibe you could ever imagine, Sylvia could make a cat on a hot tin roof feel at home! On the other hand, they’ve got the fastest most efficient business you’ll ever witness - they aren’t just on the ball, they’re 2 steps ahead of it. They were in and out within an hour and created a full 3D scan virtual tour, photos inside and out from every angle plus brochure, all done and dusted in 24hrs, and this is just the norm for them - no messing, no dilly dallying, but somehow, ample time for a chat, you just feel in safe hands and at the forefront of their minds even if you randomly call them out of the blue! 5 out of 5 stars doesn’t do it justice, they’re not just doing the job, they’re looking after you and everyone else in the chain.

GoogleRight from the first time we met which was Liz Barber and she was very professional and pleasant. She was very helpful in helping us look for our new home. We was in regular contact and she was also able to help with any questions that I asked. We also had another colleague her name was Stephanie and she was also very helpful and any questions that I asked she was prompt and was always happy to answer.

GoogleMy property went on sale the afternoon after first contacting Sylvia, one of the fruendly staffvaluers. Complete with a very professional and thorough video produced that same afternoon by the very knowledgeable Lucy. Staff kept me in the loop and wrote up the brochure, details and contacted their clients list so quickly, that within 2 days of first asking, I had 8 viewings booked! The best thing of all is, you are getting a high end, bespoke service, with accompanied viewings, from an experienced family firm based locally, for the same price as you would pay an online agent. It is a no brainer - best deal around. Highly recommended.

GoogleI wanted to use a family firm to help sell my property as I wanted that personal touch and not to feel like just a number and I am so glad I chose The Property Hive. All the staff I have met have been very friendly and helpful. Chloe came out to my house to take photos and to perform the virtual tour and she was so lovely, she followed all the strict distancing procedures professionally whilst showing respect for my safety. I am so glad I have chosen a small family business to assist me in what can be a daunting but exciting time.

GoogleFinding a new home, when you live in a town over a hundred miles away, would be a challenging proposition under any circumstances. To do so during the height of a global pandemic, during a national lockdown made the task even harder. Having a limited amount time to find a house, we literally had one day to view as many properties in Doncaster as we could. It is safe to say, we had the opportunity of sampling almost every estate agent in Doncaster during this six hour marathon. I can categorically attest, that The Property Hive came out on top in every aspect of the services they offered. Sylvia, Chloe, Michelle and all the staff at The Property Hive offered a friendly and extremely professional service, which simply wasn’t provided by any other estate agency in Doncaster. Their commitment to providing an excellent service and attention to detail was exceptional. I can recommend The Property Hive without reservation, and in my experience, nominate them as the best estate agent in Doncaster.

GoogleI came to Hive after the sad loss of my mother to sell her property. From the first contact through to the sale of the property l couldn't have worked with a more professional, understanding, caring group of people. There advice about selling was exceptional and I was constantly informed about viewings which they carried out for me with no problems, always leaving the house perfectly after each visit and then given timley feedback from all viewings. During these unprecedented times when people are having to work in a different way the team of Arthur, Sylvia, Chloe, Michelle and Suzannah have stepped up to the mark and have sold the house in less than 2 weeks. GoogleI cannot fault the Property Hive in anyway whatsoever. We have just bought a house and Property Hive were the agents the sellers used so we were not even their clients but throughout the whole process the amazing ladies there kept us informed of what was happening. We also loved the virtual tour they had put together of the house we bought, a very unique and exciting feature they offer! When the sale started to hit problems they also went above and beyond and out of their way to chase the solicitors up and get the sale moving again. Again we were not even their clients but they replied to ever message I sent and sympathised with the situation and were very understanding with everything. Even at the end of the process when we got a moving date they even went further to get us an earlier date. I cannot recommend Property hive enough, to all the ladies there, Chloe, Lorraine, Suzannah and everyone else thank you so much. If we ever decide to move again in the future Property Hive is the company we will be using to sell, cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.

GoogleWe have used Property Hive as both a letting agent and then as the estate agent to sell the same property. Living 200+ miles away from the property we needed a company we could trust and rely on, having had some bad experiences with other agents. Property Hive exceeded the brief completely. In all our dealings with them on what has not been a particularly straight forward let or sale nothing has been too much trouble. They are a brilliant team - all of them, but a special shout out to Helen for lettings and Chloe for managing the sale. Faultless communications throughout and too many examples of going above and beyond the call of duty to list here. We would recommend Property Hive absolutely without hesitation - peace of mind letting worth every penny of the management fee and a faultless estate agency service from initial engagement and brochure production right through to completion.

We loved a house and found it so easy to put an offer in and have it marked as sold no matter who you spoke to everyone was competent and friendly. GoogleOver several years I have bought and sold houses using the Hive. From a small local family business they have grown to be a major force in Doncaster. Despite the growth they have lost none of the ‘family’ feel and indeed the quality of their customer service is excellent and exceptional compared with many of their rivals. I’m currently buying a property through them and their service is head and shoulders above the competition. They couldn’t be more professional , friendly and responsive. GoogleAfter a valuation by Sylvia in the morning, Lucy came and spent several hours producing an excellent virtual tour and stills for the brochure. After working with me to get the brochure just as I wanted it, with lots of cheerful and helpful, frank advice, the property went "live" the next day.! This is a family business, with the personal, bespoke service you might expect from a high end estate agent, for the price if what you would pay for an online only agent. Highly revommended. 6 viewings booked already!

Superb customer service - in particular from a lovely lady called Chloe. Polite, professional and caring, Chloe has provided expert guidance throughout the process which has been so reassuring to my wife and I. Sylvia who valued my house knew the area well and was very complementary about it made our day with the valuation she gave us very nice lady . Louise who sold our house for us was absolutely brill very professional had 10 viewings organised in 1 day and sold it the same day ,she assisted all viewings we didn’t need to do anything ,was very impressed she kept us up to date all the way through and made the process painless .
